 INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Making Monthly Millions.

Before we start, I think I should introduce myself, incase you

don't know me.

Who is Prof Emmanuel Akpe?

I'm a professional copywriter. An author, speaker, trainer.

I've been in the copywriting business for close to 6 years

now. I made my first 6 figures at the age of 16, teaching
primary school and doing my business.

My life changed when I read secrets of the millionaire mind

at 16, and I knew that I loved selling. And I started selling
from that time.

Got into school, University. I was selling. I was joining actors
and traveling for competitions. I served in Port Harcourt.

That's basically me. I came from the trenches, like I usually

say. I lived in a one room face me I slap you apartment when
I was little.

So whatever results you see, it's first God, then a sheer

determination to take responsibility for my life.

I made my first monthly millions in September 2019, but it

didn't start that day. And I've been making monthly millions
since then.

And I want to show you how to do the same in this book.

 CHAPTER 1
The Millionaire 4 Sets

There are 4 set of things I had to put in place in order to get

to monthly millions. Let get right into it..

1. My Mindset

The first set is your mindset. Secrets Of The Millionaire Mind

came through for me here. I had to believe that making
monthly millions was possible.

One of the first things I had to do was work on was my mind.

Like I usually say that, if you grow up in Nigeria, then most
of the things you've learnt about money is truly wrong.

First, most of our parents were not really rich. Thank God if
your parents were rich.

For most of us, our programming around money was wrong.
As John Obidi will always say, the way of the poor. Your
parents taught you to be poor. Your teachers, university and
even your environment all taught you to be poor.

So you will need to work on your mind. The reason is

because your mind is like the root of the fruit of your life.
Your life is literally a print-out of your mind.

I had to work on my mind. And I had to believe that making

money and making millions was really possible.

Your life is a direct print out of your mind. What you believe
most times is what you get to see.

New belief systems you should have:

● Believe that the world is abundant.

● Believe it's possible for you to be rich.
● Believe you have what the world needs.

Lastly on the mind, work on your mind capacity..

One lesson I have really learnt and I think everyone should
learn from me is that, you need to work on your mind
capacity.

And this is a big one because, you can't have a cup capacity
and have a tank full of blessings. It's not possible. It will just
waste.

Many people have this thousand mind capacity (and it

actually starts from the mind), and expect millions. It's not
possible. It won't happen.

You can't have a thousand-naire mind and expect to be a

millionaire. It's not possible.

You need to build your mind capacity. You need to build it

and believe that it's possible for you to make millions (or tens
of millions, or hundreds of millions, whatever it is).

You need to build your mind capacity to believe that first it is
possible. You can't have a cup mind capacity and get a tank
full blessing.

We achieve things in two forms; first the mind achieves it,

and then our body achieves it.

If your body achieves it first, your mind will bring you back
to your mind level. Ask lottery and bet winners.

2. Habit-Set

Your habits are the things you do occasionally with your

time. How you manage your time is very important.

One of the things that really changed my life was time

management. And really, you can't even manage time, you
can only manage your priorities. What is most important to
you?

Time will keep going, every 24 hours. You can only manage
your priorities. It's more of a priority management. How you
manage what is most important to you.

What is most important to you? Is it chatting? Is it attention?

You want attention on the internet. Is it likes?

Or do you really want to do what is most important. Do you

do the feel good activities? You just want to feel good. Or do
you do the real good activities?

There is a difference between the feel good activities and the

real good activities.

For me, I had to start managing my time properly. And I had

to start doing the things that millionaires do. Things like
reading, watch videos, taking courses etc. These are the
things that I had to do to be more productive.

If you don't manage your time, you will end up a thyme. You
will make the life of your boss smell well.

The most important things of life are done daily:

● You bath daily

● You brush daily
● You eat daily

So..

● Read daily
● Watch videos daily
● Sell daily
● Make money daily

One of the best habits for time management that I discovered

is the 5 - 9 principle.

5am to 9am I am shot out. You can't reach me during that

period of time. I'm reading and praying and doing things that
contribute to my growth between that period of 5 - 9.

And that is why I don't have a 9 - 5. I take care of my 5 - 9 so

that I don't have a 9 - 5.

If you can't really take out time from 5 - 9, no problem. Find
another time where you read and grow yourself. You just
need to be growing. You need to use your time to grow.

The reason I don't have a 9 to 5 is because you cannot reach

me from 5 to 9. 5am to 9am is my study time. It's capacity
building time.

If you don't build capacity, poverty will shock you like

electricity.

On most days..

My days are divided into 4:

11pm to 5am: Sleep

5am to 11am: Spirit, Study

11am to 5pm: Share, Sell, Work

5pm to 11pm: Church, trainings, study

Please manage your time well. Time and money are
connected.

Let me put it better...

Money and PRODUCTIVE time is connected.

3. Skill-Set

The third part of it is skillset. You need a skill. You need a

skill set for your life to set. If you don't have a skill, you can
kill.

You can't do without having a skill. What are you doing?

A doctor has a skill. A skill of treating people and helping

people get well. A pharmacist has a skill. An engineer has a
skill. You actually go to school to learn a skill.

However, there is something we call high income skill. These
are skills you don't need to go to school to learn, but can pay
as much (if not more) as the ones you learn in school.

We are talking about copywriting, robotics, AI, web

development, etc.

These are all skills. You need to pick a skill and be good at it.
The reason is because it is your skill that will make you
money.

It is your skill that makes you money. If you don't have a skill,
forget about making money. So you must have a skill.

4. Tool-Set

A carpenter without a hammer will suffer. A Doctor without

tools will suffer. An engineer without his tools will suffer.
Every skill needs tools.

For us, the internet is our most potent tool. Our smartphone
is a tool.

WhatsApp is free. Facebook is free. Instagram is free. Why
are you not financially free?!

You cannot afford to be poor with the leverage we now have.

With all the tools available to us, you cannot be poor o.

Whatever tool is used less becomes useless.

To make money especially online, you cannot do without the

tools of your apps and softwares.

Learn how to use Canva. Learn small video editing. Learn

how to run ads.

The illiterate of the modern era is not one who cannot read
or write, it is one who cannot use the leverage of the
internet.

The Paths To Monthly Millions

Let's talk about the paths to making monthly millions:

1. The High Ticket Path

Sell a N1,000,000 product or service to 1 person.

The high ticket path is the path of magnitude. You offer

services that are high in price to few persons.

You could offer:

● Consulting services
● Mentorships
● Masterminds
● 1 on 1 sessions
● Corporate trainings
● Deals

It could even be offline:

● Sell lands
● Cars
● Or high value products

You don't need to sell it to lots of persons to do your monthly

millions.

2. The Mid Ticket Path

Sell a N100,000 product to 10 persons. Or sell N50,000

product to 20 persons.

These are your mid fielders:

● Courses
● Trainings
● Affiliate commissions
● Zoom walkthroughs
● Digital products

Your mid ticket offers are your midfielders

3. The Low Ticket Path

Sell a N5,000 product to 200 persons.

Sell a N1,000 product to a million persons and you will be a

billionaire in naira. The work is in finding 1 million persons.

Low ticket offers helps you to:

1. Build a community of people that can buy.

2. Ensure you never go broke.
3. Activate DAILY ALERTS.

I don't despise low ticket offers.

In this chapter, I will be sharing the secret that moved me

from making N95,000 as a private lesson teacher to monthly
millions consistently for 36+ months now.

The formula for making millions on the internet is the
POPCO Formula.

POPCO stands for:

● Product
● Offers
● People
● Conversion
● Overdelivery

Let me explain them so you will understand better. Let's start

with the first one.

1. Product

Everyone has something to offer. No one is product-less.

Inside everyone lies a product or a service.

I've always said it that, if the only thing you do is buy

products, you will soon become a by product.

We all have a solution to a problem.

I love digital products. A digital product is any product you
create and distribute via the Internet.

A digital product can travel abroad without a visa.

This ebook is one.

Digital products also include online trainings, courses,

templates, masterclasses and all.

Whatever is created and sold via the Internet is a digital

product.

2. Offers

Don't stop at the point of products. Turn it into an offer.

They are easy to create, takes less time and stress, and the
rewards are very encouraging.

An offer is how you increase the perceived value of a
product.

A product is only a unit of an offer.

People may reject white rice, but it is hard for them to reject
fried rice and salad.

A product is rice. An offer is fried rice, chicken, salad, moi

moi and cold bottle of pepsi.

sell offers.

A product is any ordinary copywriting class. An offer is the

You need people to buy your offers. Money is collected from
people.

Where two or three people are gathered, there is money in

their midst.

If you don't know how to find people, you will have financial
pimples.

Two ways to find people:

1. Paid Traffic
2. Organic Traffic.

Paid comprises of Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube,

LinkedIn and Twitter Ads.

I use both organic and paid.

Don't ever say you don't needs Ads. Paid Ads are not
expenses, they are part of business investments.

The reason why Advantage starts with Ad is because you

needs Ads to have an advantage.

Organic Traffic is free traffic.

These are strategies you use to bring in people to buy from

you for free.

Organic Traffic is further divided into Platform and Helpers.

Platforms include:

Facebook and all her features:

● Page
● Profile
● Groups
● Live

● Feed
● DM

WhatsApp:

You must understand how to use and maximise the features
of these platforms.

Instagram is free. Facebook is free. Twitter is free. Whatsapp

is free. Why are you not financially free?

Sir, if you don't maximise the power of the Internet, poverty

will make you enter net.

Helpers are:

1. Mentors (Dream 100)

2. Mastermind / Friends

3. Influencers

4. Your students

5. Affiliates

6. Mentees or people who look up to you

We all need the help of others. I am never ashamed of asking

for help. It's okay to ask for help.

When people come to my class, I ask them to help me post on
their status.

4. Conversion

When people come, you need to convert them.

Before you convert. You need to...

Sow value before time.

Be a person who is known to add value to people. The value

you sow today will bring the money you will eat tomorrow.

The richest people online are the same people adding value
to lots of people.

Others things that will help you convert:

1. Properly articulating the benefits of your offer.

2. Perceived value must be greater than price

3. Expert positioning

4. The price must be right for your audience

5. Urgency

6. Scarcity.

7. Testimonies.

8. Other experts recommendation or approval.

9. Constant repetition and reminder. AKA Follow up

10. Bandwagon effect. The use of numbers to pull numbers.

Our last O in the POPCO framework is Over delivery

5. Over Deliver

Over promise and over deliver.

Don't under promise. If you want to make more sales, over

promise then over deliver on the over promise.

That's what I do. I over promise on my offers and then I over
deliver on my over promise.

That's how I sell millions monthly.

When you over deliver, you build a fan base quickly. You
build brand disciples easily.

Use the AEPE formula always: Always Exceed People's

Expectations

People will recommend you.

Give people 100 when they are expecting 10.

Give people 1,000 when they are expecting 100.

Sir, if you cannot over deliver, you need quick deliverance.
