Subject 2: A first step forward to move through grief you can do...before tonight!
(Insert Name),
Before this event, I would like to share with you a tip that you can already apply today to make
the first step towards your grief process. This little action will lead to great consequences.
It is simple.
It can be for: preparing meals, vacuuming, washing dishes, preparing meals, watering plants,...
Why is it so powerful?
Because by doing that, you stop thinking about your pain, grief and problems.
Instead of staying alone and isolated, you get involved in an activity that is meaningful or helpful
to others.
By doing that, not only do you keep your focus on something else than your grief, you also raise
your spirits (which is a crucial subject we will develop during the event).
It seems nothing but actually by doing that regularly, you launch a whole process and you start
changing your identity.
Love,

Subject 3: “It seems trite but after grief, you do see the beauty of everyday things like a sunset”
Today, I would like to share with you this inspiring story of a courageous woman:
“ I went through a difficult time when my husband was dying of a malignant brain tumor. I
wondered why it had to happen to such a wonderful man. I wondered what we had done as a
couple to deserve such agony.
When I lost a breast to cancer six months after my husband’s death I had no energy to waste on
asking unanswerable questions so I decided that “Shit happens”.
We have little or no control over these events and we have no way of predicting or
understanding them.
During that five-year period, I lost my husband, a breast, my father and eight good friends.
However, throughout that time I also gained much personal strength, more self-awareness and
increased ability to see the joy of life.
It seems trite but after grief you do see the beauty of everyday things like a sunset, seasonal
changes, a child’s progress with an increased intensity that is amazing.
I’ll never repeat it enough, but you can find grace even in the darkest place.
And, the best way to do it is to take the same actions as another man or woman who faced the
same painful situation as you.
So, here’s a taste of the road map to end suffering, find peace, joy and freedom I’ll give you on
May 26th:
・My own story of a lifetime of traumatic loss and how I deal with grief.
・5 inner tools and universal truths to help you move through grief and stop feeling the
pain.
・How to get the right tools within your heart and mind to stop prolonged suffering.
・How to put your body (and consciousness) on the road to healing that works for you to
sleep better, get healthier and catch up with friends.
When you implement those principles, not only you open up to others and express yourself, you
also you start to take more care of yourself: you are more motivated to eat better, do exercise
and walk outside.
As a simple (but very positive), you start to sleep deeply every night and you feel new vital
energy in the morning that you never had before.
