Process
1. Use this Form to obtain details of vehicles currently or previously owned by the Company.
2. We will advise you of:
• vehicles currently owned by the Company
• vehicles previously owned by the Company within the nominated search period
• date the Company disposed of the vehicle within the nominated search period
• price advised to us for the disposal
3. If you wish to obtain the name and address of the Buyer for a disposed vehicle then you must complete
Form 5633 (Vehicle Buyer Search). Normally you will need to complete this Vehicle Ownership Search Form
first to identify vehicle ownership before applying for the Buyer search.

• Use a separate Application Form for each company.
• we cannot undertake any searches unless the insolvent company is accurately indentified. If the company’s name or ACN has been
incorrectly recorded in our database (or we have no ACN in our database) we may need to contact you to obtain additional information
(such as director names or company address or vehicle garaging address) to help identify the correct company)

5. EVIDENCE OF APPOINTMENT
You must provide evidence of your appointment as Liquidator/Administrator/Receiver with this Application. Acceptable evidence is
(a) ASIC company search or (b) copy of a court order
6. FEES
A search fee is payable. You must use Form 5623 to make payment (that Form sets out the fee)
7. LODGEMENT
Send the following in a single email to inforelease@transport.nsw.gov.au:
