Surah Al Baqarah Verse#255 (3 times)
Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living,
the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake
Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that
can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His
creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter . And they will
never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi extends
over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them.
And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran). In it are
Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book [and those are the
Verses of Al-Ahkam (commandments, etc.), Al-Fara'id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud
(legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers, etc.)]; and others not entirely clear.
So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which
is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials, etc.), and seeking for
its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allah. And those who are
firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole of it (clear and unclear
Verses) are from our Lord." And none receive admonition except men of understanding.

The Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many
were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a
Siddiqah [i.e. she believed in the words of Allah and His Books (see Verse 66:12)]. They
both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allah does not eat). Look how We
make the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet
look how they are deluded away (from the truth).
