    Sta Rita High School will conduct a coronation night for Mr and Mrs SPTA, an
    approved Division Federation SPTA project that aims to raise fund for school project by the
    School Parent Teacher Association on May 19, 2023 from 3 pm - 7pm.

    I am writing to request the assistance of the BPAT for security measures on the
    upcoming event.The SRHS SPTA will be expecting a large gathering and we are concerned
    about the safety and security of our guest, parents and students.We would appreciate it if you
    could provide us with security personnel to help us manage the event.
