    BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 2023 – 05

    A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE HONORABLE


    FERDINAND ALEXANDER “SANDRO” ARANETA MARCOS III, SENIOR DEPUTY MAJORITY LEADER AND
    REPRESENTATIVE, 1ST DISTRICT OF ILOCOS NORTE TO FINANCIALLY ASSIST THE BARANGAY
    GOVERNMENT OF #31 DAGUPAN, VINTAR, ILOCOS NORTE IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION FIVE
    HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP.5,500,000.00) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT/BRIDGE
    AT SITIO BALISIAN, BARANGAY #31 DAGUPAN, VINTAR, ILOCOS NORTE.

    WHEREAS, it is imperative for the Local Government Unit to draw the road map aimed to improve the quality of
    life of its inhabitants, pursuant to the Local Government Code of 1991;

    WHEREAS, consistent with the National Government’s program of poverty alleviation, the barangay government
    has adopted plans and programs to address the needs of the farmers to enhance their earning capacity;

    WHEREAS, component of this program is the construction of roads and bridges which if implemented will
    necessary facilitate the transport of Farm produce directly to the market, thus mounting the income of these farm
    cultivators;

    WHEREAS, most of these plans remain unimplemented due to inadequate resources of the Barangay
    Government, hence the barangay is constrained to seek the assistance of National Government agencies tasked
    for the implementation of the agricultural program;

    WHEREFORE, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay assembled in session to


    earnestly request the Honorable Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Araneta Marcos III, Senior Deputy Majority
    Leader and Representative,1st District of Ilocos Norte to financially assist the Barangay Government of #31
    Dagupan, Vintar, Ilocos Norte for the construction of box culvert/bridge at Sitio Balisian, Barangay #31 Dagupan,
    Vintar, Ilocos Norte.

    RESOLVED FURTHER to transcribe copy of this resolution and furnish same to the Office of the Honorable
    Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Araneta Marcos III, Senior Deputy Majority Leader and Representative, 1st District
    of Ilocos Norte and other concerned for their information and considerate action.

    On motion of Barangay Kagawad Neil Aldrin G. Camaquin, duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad Helgy A.
    Agresor, the foregoing resolution is unanimously approved.

    CARRIED.”
