The Intelligent National Productivity

and Quality Specification (iNPQS) is
a joint project driven by three
industry associations, namely
Singapore Institute of Architects
(SIA), Institution of Engineers
Singapore (IES) and Association of
Consulting Engineers Singapore
(ACES), to develop a national
specifications platform for
Architectural, Civil & Structural and
Mechanical & Electrical works.

iNPQS aims to harmonise the

industry building specifications and
provide a standard platform for
achieving greater efficiency and
quality in the design, procurement
and construction processes.
CLOUD-BASED
This massive effort involves not only
software applications but more
crucially, the review of iNPQS Specifications Platform is fully
specifications of the respective cloud-based. It is hosted on secure
disciplines to ensure that they are cloud server and available on demand
correct, adequate and via Internet always. It does not require
comprehensive. any installation and is platform
independent. It is conveniently
available to you – on desktop, laptop
and even mobile devices.

Being cloud-based, the system is auto-

updated with the latest software,
database and security patches. These
are all done on the cloud, taking the
load off the end user.

Grant (PSG)

What is PSG?

PSG also supports adoption of solutions that cut across
industries, such as in areas of customer management, data

These solutions have been pre-scoped by various

government agencies – Enterprise Singapore and National
Parks Board (NParks)

With up to 80% funding support, PSG serves as an avenue for

companies to make long-term technology investments
