2017.
Contact Puratos prior to any direct addition of food additive to the recipe.

Application / Method
Cremfil Silk combines a superior texture for cold applications with an excellent bake stability. Keeps its shape and colour during
baking.
Advised for use in products with shelf life limited to a few days. Freeze-thaw stable.
Contact your Puratos representative for further advice on your specific application.
