Enrollment: ¿How & When?

In the following pages, you will find all the steps you must follow to be correctly enrolled in the
First course of the double degree of Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor in Artificial
Intelligence for Business (BBA&BAIB) at ESADE.
You must log into your MyEsade account and upload the 3 required documents. Please ensure you
are prepared with signed and scanned documents in PDF required to validate your enrollment.
Enrollment open from 22nd of June to 09th of July

Required enrollment documents

We need you to upload three documents to formalize the enrollment. Please go to MyESADE and upload the required documents:
→ Document that gives you access to the university: You need to upload one of the three following certificates (which one will
depend on which Educational system you are coming from). Please start the application process ASAP for the document that applies
to your situation:
B. PAAU – Tarjeta Selectividad: For students coming from the Spanish Educational System or
Academic record transfer: Those students coming from other universities of the corresponding educational system will have
to submit only the receipt of the academic record transfer issued by the home university in order to complete the enrollment.
B. Unedasiss Acreditation: For students coming from the following educational systems: Germany, Andorra, Austria,
International Baccalaureate, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, China, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, European Schools, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland.
C. Homologation of studies: For students coming from educational systems not included above. Please note that this process
can take approximately four to six months to complete. Therefore, it is essential you begin this process ASAP. As soon as you
have submitted your application for the homologation of studies you must upload in MyESADE receipt of application so we
can enroll you.

→ Next of kin Contact Details: Download it here! Please fill in, sign and upload it in MyESADE

1. Please go to MyESADE (www.esade.edu) using your Esade username & password
2. Once logged in go to: MyEsade → EOffice → Upload Documentation


3. Once in you will see this screen, in which you will be able to upload the different requested documents.
You should follow these steps for each document:
1- Pending Documentation (Task): Click on the loupe to mark the document you want to upload.
2- Document type: It will be filled automatically once you selected the Pending Documentation task.
3- Add attachment: It is important to scan each document separately and upload it one by one in the correct category.

Example: PAAU/UNED/Homologation Document
- PAAU – Tarjeta selectividad: You must include your access grade and your Baccaulaureate grade, as well as attach the Official
certifying document.
- Unedasiss/Homologation: You must attach the resolution and include the access grade and, in this case, do not include the
Baccalaureate grade. If you are still on process, you must upload the fee payment document and fill the access grade with N/A.
- On the same screen you must upload the Esade Declarations & Commitments form and the Next of Kin Contact Details,
correctly filled and signed clicking on the “+” button.
IMPORTANT: Remember that all these documents must be uploaded in PDF format or we will reject them

4. It is very important that you click on “Submit”
5. The request has been created and the status will be "Pending to review"
We will review all the documents and in the event that one does not meet the requirements, you will receive a communication in
your ESADE e-mail indicating it. You will have to upload the correct document to continue and once you have uploaded all the
documents and they are on “Approved” or “Conditionally Enrolled” status, your Programme Manager will formalize your
enrollment.
IMPORTANT: Your registration will not be completed if you have documents pending to upload or in a “Pending to review” or
“Denied” status.

1st YEAR: COMPULSORY COURSES
Once you have uploaded all the required documents, we will proceed to enroll you to the following core courses:
1st Term 2nd Term

→ Computing Foundations → Programming with Data
→ Applied Maths for Management → Advanced Mathematics
→ Basics of Financial Accounting → Advanced Financial Accounting
→ Microeconomics → Macroeconomics
→ Sociology → Business Law
→ Language I (English / Spanish) → Language I (English / Spanish)
Language I (English / Spanish) → It is compulsory and you will be automatically enrolled
For all students starting the BBA&BAIB Programme : You must answer the Spanish level questionnaire and if
needed, take the Spanish online test. This step is mandatory for all students, regardless their Spanish level.
Spanish online test: Start Now! (around 80’) – Deadline July 07th, 2023.

The Academic Year 2023‐2024 will start on September 4th, 2023.

We will upload those in the future on MyESADE → eCampus → Admitted students website → Programme Management
Information, we will inform you once those will be published.
PROGRAMME RULES & REGULATIONS

The Programme Regulations contain all the rules governing your career; you will be able to check it on the BBA&BAIB Course
website (eCampus).
TEACHING GUIDES
Once enrolled, you will get access to the updated teaching guides of all the courses of the 1st year on the intranet clicking on
MyEsade/MyStudies/Syllabus or Course website (eCampus).
Enrollment Summary
The registration period will be opened from June 22nd to July 09th.

For all international /EU students : You must answer the Spanish level
