    OF COMPLAINT IN ANY OTHER COURT IN
    THE SAME TRANSACTION AGAINST THE
    ACCUSED:

    I, Mr. Chirag Suresh Jain, Age: 28 years, Indian Inhabitant,


    authorized representative and Director of the Complainant Company,
    having registered office at Near Janata Market, Sector 23, Turbhe, Navi
    Mumbai 400 705 and duly authorized by Board of Directors Resolution
    dated10th August 2020, do hereby state and declare on solemn
    affirmation as under:

    1) I say that I am authorized representative and Director of the


    Complainant Company of M/s Turbhe Iron & Steel Trading Private
    Limited, the company registered under the provisions of the
    Company Act, 1956.

    2) I say that I am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of


    the case against the Accused.

    3) I say that the Accused are having their addresses as mentioned in the
    cause title.

    4) I state and declare that I have not filed any other Complaint before
    any other Court except this, against the Accused in respect of the
    cheques mentioned hereinabove and the same transactions in any
    courts in India.
    5) I state and declare that whatever is stated hereinabove is true and
    correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
