INTRODUCTION.

Have You ever heard of a person says thats pees too often?
Well, let me tell you that if it’s they case, that person
probably put up with diabetes and I’m sure that’s why
ingest junk food in largue quantities.
They diabetes is an cronic ailment (long duration) that harm
the way the body turn food into energy.
Our sistema split up the most of foods that wey take up and
it turns into sugar (glucose) and frees it into bloody torrent.
A diabetic person have complications to run thid process
fue to lack of insuline in the body.
The insuline is a hormone that our pancreas generates, this
converts sugar into energy.

HYPHOTESIS.

As wey went look into about our topic. We find out that
regarding the main cause diabetes there are different
options un disagrement since some, argue that junk food is
a main cause.
Others contradict it by attributing thid to other eating
habits.
From here the question arises, What’s the main cause of
diabetes and why is it considered so?

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
(CONTEXT)

Taking into account the scientific information from which

the different theories are divided.

Genetics mutations

Diabetes is caused by mutations in a gen.

These changes are usually passed between family members
but sometimes the genetic mutation ocurrs spontaneally.
Most of these genetic mutations cause diabetes because
they make the páncreas to lose its ability to produce insulin.
Among the types of diabetes caused by these factors we
have:
Neonatl diabetes: show up itself in the first month of life.
Young adult diabetes: show up itself during teenage and
early adulthood but sometimes the disease is not
diagnosted until later in life.
Cystic fibrosis: produces excess thick mocus that causes
crusting pf the páncreas, these sear can prevent the
páncreas from producing enough insulin.

Hemochromatosis: causes that the body store too much

Iron. If the disease is not treated iron can build up in the
páncreas and others organs and damege them.
Hyperthyyoidism: occurs when the thyroid gland has
produced too much thyroid hormone.

Injury and remova of pancreas

Pancreatitis, pancreatic cáncer, and trauma can damage

beta cells or cause yo to lose some of your ability to
produce insulin, leading to diabetes. And if the injured
páncreas is removed, diabetes turn up as a result of cell
loss.

Medicines

sometimes certain medicines can damage beta cells or after

how insulin work.
 Niacin: a type of vitamin B3
 Certain types of diuretics.
 Contraceptives.
 To treat HIV.
 Phychiatric drugs.
 Pentamidine to treat pheumonia.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
(REFERENTIAL)

According to Arturo Martinez, expresident of the Mexican

Diabetes Federation.
“The diabetes is and illness that wey can prevent and take
control, provide that wey take the right measures,
information and education 'bout diabetes, stick to
specialized medical treatment, make physics activities and
exercises, also take a positive behavior and get lab test.
But when the diabetes isn’t in our control could have scary
counsseciensess and gigant problems in our health and
medical or physics disability caused by The highs levels of
sugar in our sistem”.

DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

It’s presented by The damage to the bloody vessels that

take rod to the light-sencitive tissue that are in the back of
the eyes, thid causes the los of vision, it’s the leading cause
of blindness in the world of adults between 80 and 75 years
old.

DIABETIC NEUROPATHY

It’s a type of nerve damage, peripheral neuropathy is the

most common, that the mainly affects the legs’ nerves, a
condition that can cause the amputation of the most
damaged part.

DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

It occurs when the bloody vessels of the kidneys are

damaged in such a way that they stop carrying out their
fintion wich leads to the need for analysis.
According to a nutricionist that works in Massachusetts
General Hospital.

 CONCLUSION

So how we did just see in our research, Diabetes is

dangerous sickness that could start since we were in our
childhood or in our adult life, due to this we should have
healthly habits not only with our food, even in our lifestyle,
we have to be the best versión of us living a healthly life.

Althogh this could hereditary due to genetics mutations and

that can´t be avoid because we born with the desease.
Thats could be unfair but still happens nowadays. With
these decease we could get blindness, our kidneys get an
unnormal function, or even get fat.

Although this desease can be treated medically, it could be

better avoid it, due to that we shouldn´t eat or drink an
excesive amount of junk food, alcoholic drinks, something
else to avoid this desease we should work out, to have a
strong and health body.

RECOMMENTATIONS

Based on the information we have found, we use this as a

starting point to create recommendations.

The first character to mention is food: a person who does

not experience symptoms of diabetes neglects their diet,
trusts their immune system too much, which brings serious
consequences to their body, or in effect, being a sufferer of
diabetes. Being aware of his health, this person should
modify his eating habits so that they do not affect his health
and strengthen him at the same time.

We must be careful with the information media we turn to,

we almost always settle for the first thing we hear without
knowing if it is scientifically supported. A great example are
the recommendations when certain people tell us that we
will be cured by taking certain substances. Another point to
highlight is the internet, specifically social networks such as
Facebook, YouTube or Tik Tok, where we can find
fraudulent videos or posts that, according to their words,
claim to have a cure for diabetes, falling for scams and
putting our lives more at risk. Health by taking substances
unknown and even harmful to health.

Monitor the physical changes of our body, such as

measuring our body mass index to find out if we are obese
or if we have a healthy body, so you can find out in time. If
you are experiencing symptoms such as obesity, perform
laboratory tests periodically to make sure you do not have
symptoms that are not easy to detect with the naked eye.

Many people always say that it is because we eat a lot of

sugar, pof that is what gives us diabetes, but generally the
cause of diabetes is muitufactorial, one of them is genetics,
and obvismente very important the environment, how we
live our lives and not always what we eat but also how we
do things and how we deal with things, so stress, lack of
sleep and night work are also risk factors for developing
diabetes.
