    1) I Hareesh Kumar Kakara joined SBI Life on _________


    2) I am aware that by virtue of employment in this company I would have access to date some of
    which is highly confidential.
    3) I am further aware that any leakage of data through my acts cause adverse effect on the
    business income of the company
    4) There for I undertake the following
    i) I shall ensure safe custody of data,records and equipment in my custody and
    handover the same to my reporting authority on receiving proper receipt
    ii) I shall avoid any communication of information through open channels or other
    methods that may lewd to loss of Secrecy of information
    iii) I will not work with any other insurance company during my term with SBI.

    General Terms and Conditions


    1) The normal age of retirement is 60 years and you will automatically retire on
    attaining 60 years and no further notice in this regard is necessary.
    2) A proper notice period of 90 days is required if you are contemplating to shift
    the company
    3) You will be promoted to Development Manager with pay scale of 6.00 LPA on
    completion of NPA of 6 lakhs with in 3 months of joining or you will be
    continued to as executive for the period of 2 years
    4) You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining
    5) Your initial posting is at Visakhapatnam 6 however you are liable to transfer to
    any other branch / location all over India after completion of probation or
    achieving posting as Development Manager,failure to comply results in
    misconduct and termination of employment
    6) You will be paid 21450 PM net pay during first 3 months ,if you are promoted
    as Development Manager in 4th Month you will receive 45800/ Net or you will
    receive 25320 / Net PM as executive
    7) You need to open account with SBI and share the account and Branch details
    with in 3 months of the joining to the account department failure to do so will
    result in holding the salary and will be released upon providing the above
    mentioned details
