SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS: IRRITATION AS NOTED ABOVE. LOCAL NECROSIS IS EVIDENCED BY


DELAYED ONSET OF PAIN AND TISSUE DAMAGE A FEW HOURS
FOLLOWING INJECTION.
