Uniforms
Staff under RCU are to be expected to represent the organization in an exemplary manner both in
conduct and appearance during business hours. it is the policy of RCU that employee dress and
grooming shall be appropriate to work, while emphasizing safety, comfort, productivity, conservative
style and professionalism.

Uniform
Employees who are required to wear a uniform must be in complete uniform while on duty. the
uniforms should always be fresh, clean and neatly pressed.
1. uniforms must come complete (Polo shirts, Pants, Belt, and Jacket / Hoodie, and Brown Shoes
only.
2. do not enter the store in any other clothing except your uniform when on duty. Especially when
picking up or dropping off staff or items. DC staff must be in uniform as well. In case he has work else
where they will need to be in uniform at all times. Including name tags.
4. name tags are to be worn at all times when on duty. Even when out of the premises for a job it
has to worn.
5. uniforms should not be altered in anyway unless for size adjustments by approval from the
management.
6. hats, caps or head wear are not allowed unless approved by the management.
7. do not leave any items of uniform in the shop overnight. your complete uniform goes home with
you.
8. in case of any damaged or missing items of the uniform, please report it to the management
immediately. replacement of any items of the uniform may be subject to a replacement charge.
9. Utmost care of the uniform will be taken by the employee at all times.
10. when opening the gate at the accommodation / warehouse, the staff should be in uniform
at all times.
11. staff should wear the uniform at all times when ever you are doing something for RCU
(dropping or picking up items, training, meetings with Ashleigh, etc.
12. Uniforms are not to be worn in the time of leisure (going to the supermarket, or other
places) outside of your duty.
For Saudi Staffs:
for the uniforms for men it is recommended to wear thobs, guthra, and shoes (no slippers).
For the uniform for women it recommended to wear a plain colored Abaya with Shayla. With
no neqab (since masks are already mandatory).
Hygiene
1. Employees shall maintain their personal appearance in a clean and neat manner.
2. Hair should be clean, combed and neatly trimmed or arranged.
3. Personal hygiene habits must be maintained to minimize body odor unless prohibited by
sincerely held religious beliefs. In addition, strong-smelling perfumes, cologne and body lotions
are discouraged.
4. Ensure you are cleanly shaven/trimmed. Facial hair (moustache, goatee) is allowed as long as is
its neatly maintained and trimmed.
5. Keep nails clean and short.
6. Avoid using hair oil.
7. For Saudi staff, avoid wearing any jewelry apart from your wedding band.
