These cases occurred due to poor knowledge & improper handing of loco by LP , therefore letter has
been sent to CELE/ECoR, CELE/NFR & PED/EE/RS Railway Board on 04.07.2022 to re-categorizing these
failures under Crew account instead of Loco account.
