My Daily Routine
Hello, my name is Sarah, and I would like to share with you my daily
routine. I usually ____wake up___ at 7 o'clock in the morning. After I open

Before going to bed, I like to read a book or watch a short video. I go to bed early, usually around 10
o'clock, so that I can get enough rest for the next day.

My daily routine
Hello my name is ESTEBAN ORJUELA apprentice i am from the 2503082 file of pharmacy registry.
i usually wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning after that i go to the bathroom where i wash my body i go
back to the room i change and apply personal hygiene products like deodorant, talcum powder and
lotion, after that i prepare my things and materials for the class of the day, by that time it is already
4:45 minutes approximately so i take the keys of my motorcycle, helmet and vest, i give a few minutes
of warm up to the engine and during that time i brush my teeth and finish checking the last details.
at 4 am with fifty minutes I must be leaving chinacota in direction to cucuta to be present at 6 am at the
SENA facilities.
during 6 am until 9 am we are in class with the lead instructor Hugo Lozan then we take a 30 minute
break in which we have breakfast with our colleagues in the SENA cafeteria. after taking this break we
return to the learning environment and if it is the case we continue developing our activities already
assigned. or at other times we must be attentive to the socialization of topics or explanation of any new
workshop or learning guide to develop this until 12 noon which is the time to leave and we must
descupar the learning environment and return to my house in chinacota the motorcycle ride that takes
place is aproximadamen One o'clock means that I am at home, then I have lunch and rest for a few
minutes. I get ready for the virtual English class that starts at 2:30 in the afternoon and lasts until 4 pm.
If the instructor leaves any pending activity, whether it's complex or relatively easy, it may take me a
couple of hours to complete and submit it within the allotted time, which is usually around eleven-thirty
at night. After completing and submitting the activity, I continue working on other tasks for Instructor
Hugo. By the time these tasks are finished, it's around 7 o'clock in the evening. Occasionally, I proceed
to watch TV while dinner is being prepared or engage in any other activity to rest and distract myself.
After dinner, I brush my teeth, put on my SENA uniform, and clean my shoes. By this time, it's usually
around 8 or 9 in the evening when I go to bed to get enough rest.
