A PROPOSED TRAINING PROGRAM
I. Title:
District Enhancement of School Contingency Plan: A Re-echo Training
II. Description: A school-wide training of SSG and SPG Officers of Guadalupe Heights
Aligned with Division Memorandum 599 s. 2023 and District Memorandum 70 s.
2023, a one-day re-echo training on August 24, 2023, at Hindang Central School Social
Hall from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM will enhance the School Contingency Plan for School
Year 2023 – 2024. Open to public school disaster risk reduction and management
personnel, including private institutions and stakeholders.

IV. Rationale and Objectives

A. Rationale
Concordant with Division Memorandum 599 s. 2023, titled "Simultaneous

Area Enhancement of the School Contingency Plan 2023," and District
Memorandum 70 s. 2023, "Finalization of School Contingency Plan for School Year
2023 – 2024," a one-day live-out re-echo training is scheduled.
This endeavor aims to ensure safety, health, and well-being of learners,

teachers, and DepEd personnel. It supports schools in emergency impact mitigation
and guarantees learning continuity, adhering to the school contingency plan as
directed in the district-level circular.
Set on August 24, 2023, at Hindang Central School Social Hall from 8:00 AM
to 5:00 PM, the training is exclusively for public school disaster risk reduction and
management personnel at elementary and secondary levels. Private institutions and

other concerned entities are also welcome to participate. For pubic school teachers,
their attendance and participation shall merit 1 day service credit.
