    LETTER OF EXPLANATION

    Dear Ma’am/Sir,

    Greetings!

    I am writing this letter to provide an explanation and assurance regarding my


    intentions to return to the Philippines, and to assure you that I will not overstay my
    authorized period of stay in Japan. I am currently enrolled in UST (University of
    Stanto Tomas) for my Senior High School Education, and I have every intention of
    completing my education and returning upon the expiration of my visa. I
    understand the importance of complying with the immigration regulations and
    respecting the laws of Japan. I am fully aware that overstaying my visa is a serious
    offense that can result in severe consequences.

    To support my commitment to returning to my home country, I am enrolled


    in (UST) University of Santo Tomas for the upcoming academic year. I have
    attached the official acceptance letter and enrollment confirmation for your
    reference. This demonstrates my sincere dedication to my education and my future
    plans in my home country. I understand that the Embassy/Consulate has a
    responsibility to protect the immigration integrity of Japan, and I assure you that I
    respect and appreciate these concerns. I fully intend to abide by all the laws and
    regulations of Japan throughout my stay, and I kindly request your support and
    cooperation in granting me the appropriate visa to pursue my intended activities.

    Thank you for taking the time to consider my application. I hope that this
    letter demonstrates my commitment to complying with all immigration laws during
    my stay in Japan. Should you require any additional information or documents,
