    To start a business, an entrepreneur must answer these questions:

    1.What is the type of the problem that exist on the market?


    Food choices and eating habits of children at school are not
    nutritious and bad for the health of the children. Parents are looking for
    nice and healthy snacks for their kids and telling them to buy those
    healthy snacks only.

    2. How many people have the same problem?


    Most of the parents are having a problem on what healthy snacks at
    the canteen may their children want to buy and eat. Because of the
    health education of the mothers, teachers and nutrition facilitators, kids
    are having a problem to what snacks they can buy at the canteen that are
    healthy and delicious.

    3.What are potential solutions to those problems?


    The potential solutions to the problems are to make healthy snacks
    for kids. Healthy snacks for children that they will really crave for are
    the new Oatmeal Energy Balls and Frozen Fruit Popsicles.

    4. Can we offer the best solutions for those problems?


    Yes, we can offer the best solutions or the best healthy snacks for
    the kids at school that they will surely love and enjoy.
    5. Do those solutions solve the whole problem?
    Yes, those solutions solve the whole problem. A healthy and mouth
    craving snacks are made to provide all the essential nutrients needed by
    the kids.

    An entrepreneur needs to answer these questions to find if the business
    idea has a big desire:

    1. How big the problem that the business idea will solve?
    It is a huge problem for the nutrition of the kids and concerns of all
    the mothers, teachers, nutrition facilitators and the kids themselves at the
    school.
    2. Are the potential customers starving for a solution?
    Yes, because of they are also guided by the teachers, nutrition
    facilitators and their mothers to choose their snacks that not only
    delicious for their taste but also will meet the nutritional needs of their
    body, kids are starving to find these healthy snacks.
    3. How they are seeking possible solutions?
    Kids are asking the teachers and the sellers at the canteen what
    delicious and at the same time healthy snacks that they are selling that
    they will surely be wanting to buy.
    4. What is the level of wanting to solve those problems?
    There is a greater need and wants of the kids to buy healthy snacks
    at the canteen as their mothers, teachers and nutrition facilitators urge
    them to but are also delicious for their taste.

    At the end, one must answer two questions:

    1.How many competitors sell the same or similar products or


    services on the market that an entrepreneur chooses as a
    target market? If on the market exist too many competitors
    you will have a big battle with them.
    There are no competitors who sell the same or similar products at
    the school canteen. The healthy food products or snacks that I am
    proposing is new and unique snacks for the nutritional needs of the kids.

    2. How can you take the position that will differentiate your
    business from competitions?
    At the school canteen there are different snacks that children will
    really love to buy but are not that healthy for them. Children are really
    picky eaters and wanting to buy snacks that they find good looking and
    pleasant snacks that will fulfill their taste. My products that are Oatmeal
    Energy Balls and Frozen Fruit Popsicles are made with healthy
    ingredients that will surely satisfy the kid’s standards of choosing
    snacks.
