A fire hydrant system in a building comprises a series of components that when

assembled together provide a source of water with sufficient pressure and flow
delivered through pipes throughout the building to strategically located network
of valves for fire-figh�ng purposes.
Water from the fire hydrant system can also be shared with other safety measures
such as automa�c fire sprinkler systems or fire hose reels.
Pillar fire hydrant and underground fire hydrant are a connec�on point outside the
building by which firefighters or fire engine can tap into a pressurized water supply.

The Fire Hose Rack Assembly is used to provide immediate and efficient water
source for fire suppression, and permits one-man operation. The assembly is for occupants use,
Class II service under NFPA 14 standard class of service. The pin rack features an automatic
release mechanism where water flow through the hose after the last fold is released.

It is laid down in NFPA 2001 standard that all total flooding clean agent system shall have
the enclosure examined and tested to locate and then effec�vely seal any significant air
leaks that could result in a failure of the enclosure to hold the specified agent concentra�on
level for the specified holding period of 10 minutes. Wherefore Eversafe offers a systema�c
gas integrity pneuma�c test and provides with documented quan�ta�ve test results to our clients.
Our technicians are Retrotec cer�fied level 3 testers who are comfortable with performing
the enclosure integrity test, use Retrotec’s FanTes�c Integrity so�ware to evaluate peak
pressure, free vent area & etc., and also able to do larger and more complex tests.

Control Unit Installation
The Amerex® STRIKE Control Unit is the result of years of rugged mining,
transit and military electronic evolu�on. Specifically designed to work
with the Amerex KP Suppresion System, the STRIKE Control Unit is able to
monitor and release two completely separate hood systems, and it can be
�ed to auxiliary controls such as the building’s alarm system.
Primary and secondary ba�eries provide con�nuous, uninterrupted fire

detec�on and fire suppression system actua�on without the need for an
external power supply. Unlike tradi�onal control mechanism, the STRIKE
Control Unit u�lizes Linear Heat Detectors and Spot Head Detectors that
have no moving parts are fully supervised, minimizing the nega�ve effects

Introduction
A fire sprinkler system is an automa�c fire protec�on The sprinkler head features different finishes,
system in a domes�c or commercial building which temperature ra�ngs and 2 types of temperature
discharge water to ex�nguish a fire when the sprinkler responses; either a standard response (5mm bulb)
head detects the fire through rising temperature. or a fast response (3mm bulb).
Though it is a system which is featured with both
the fire detec�on and suppression systems.
We have 4 types of UL listed fire sprinkler heads available for

different application:
The sprinkler head features different finishes, temperature ratings and 2 types of

How Sprinkler Discharge Water

As the temperature at the sprinkler head 1 2 3
rises to its rated temperature, the liquid
inside the glass bulb expands and breaks
the glass, thus activating the sprinkler
head to discharge water.
