General items:
Unit is intact and there is no rust for all unit components parts.

Screws, nuts, guards, and bolts of the unit at in its place.

Check Unit mounting base fixing and grounding.

Unit and mounting base grounding cable with suitable thickness.

No obstacles to the air follow or circulation around the unit

Cleaning around the outdoor unit to be checked

Check unit from any undue noise or vibration during a unit operation.

in a salty environment with high humidity the unit is protected by a canopy


Condenser items:
Check the condenser fins to determine if it need repairing.

Check condenser tubing from damage and scratches.

Check the condenser coil to determine if it needs cleaning.

Remove and clean rubbish and dust accumulation from condenser coil fins.

Check and inspect the condensate drain lines and pan then advice of any discrepancies

Fan motor items:

Check fan motor coil, bearing, shaft and lubricate if needed

Compressor items:
Check compressor-mounting base from damage.

Check compressor tubing and wires from damage and scratches.

Check compressor protection contactor and test it.

Check compressor protection 3-phase voltage relay.

Check compressor protection temperature sensor (if fitted).

Check compressor body cleaning and fixing in its mounting base.

The compressor was check and it will work without any problem.

Control and safety devices items:


HP&LP SWITCH to be checked where applicable

Start and running capacitor to be checked.

Delay timer to be checked where applicable and missing to be provided

Control panel to be cleaned.

The control and safety devices were check, clean and it will work without any problem.
Refrigerant items:
Check for refrigerant and oil leaks in all components and connections or near charging valves

Gas pipes and joints were intact and had no scratches

Gas pipe insulation to be wrapped with canvas and to be covered with viny tape.

Gas pipe insulation to be checked ,damaged to be changed

Refrigerant (fareon) level was suitable for AC to correctly good working.


Electrical components items:
Plug, wiring and cables safe in good condition.

Check and tighten all electrical terminals, contactor, voltage relay, and capacitor Points.

Fixing and condition of indoor unit including drain pipes and hoses

Check for any undue noise or vibration

Check the evaporator fins to determine if it need repairing.

Check evaporator coil and advise if dirty or if it needs cleaning

Cooling or evaporator coil to be cleaned

Check evaporator tubing from damage and scratches.

Check fan motor coil, bearing, shaft and lubricate if needed

Check Fan motor fixing in its mounting base.

Clean/ replaced the air filters

Check the ignition system and safety controls clean and adjust as required

Thermostat and set points to be checked – test for proper operation

Plug, wiring and cables safe in good condition

Check connecting cable between indoor and outdoor units

The indoor unit was check, clean and it will work without any problem.
Remote control item:
Remote control was fixing in its mounting base and it has good battery.

Check AC contactor and tighten all contactor points

Check site voltage relay setting and make sure it operating in the best condition

Check AC circuit breaker and tighten all AC circuit breaker points

Check ACs timer (Horloge) and make sure from alternating between ACs.

The AC operating and swapping in the best working condition.

Check site temperature sensor status and alarm from DDF.

in your opinion the AC is operating in the best working condition
