Activity #3 : The Changing Body

1. The class will be divided into 3 groups.


2. Each group will solve a puzzle to identify what specific physical changes happened
in the body.
3. They will explain to the class the physical changes they got.

Teacher tasks: Facilitate a class discussion to reinforce the learning objectives:

 Ask students to share their thoughts on the physical changes discussed.


 Summarize the key points and emphasize that these changes are normal and
expected during adolescence.
 Provide tips for managing physical changes, such as practicing good hygiene,
eating a balanced diet, and seeking support from trusted adults.

1. Divide students into pairs and distribute a set of index cards to each pair.
2. Instruct students to write down a social scenario related to adolescence on each
