Narrative:
I chose to make a miniature domestic building because that’s what I find the most satisfying to
make. In creating the miniature house I decided to put some of the things I want in a house which are a
terrace, a pool, and a space for a garden. As for the process, the main processes are to draw the
measurements of the floor, roof, walls, windows, and doors in the cardboard before cutting it. Next is
to cut thin strips of double-sided tape attached to a thick paper, I then attached those strips to a plastic
cover to create doors and windows. The next step is to combine the pre-cut cardboard with the pre-cut
plastic cover. Before sticking all parts together I first attached colored papers to some parts of the
miniature house. After all that, the last step I did is to combine all parts to create a miniature house. I
then decided to add an origami umbrella that I made in the past. The visual art form that I created is a
domestic landscape architecture, I used the load-bearing structural method to support the roof. And I
represent the lines of the miniature house by using cut-out cardboard and strips of double-sided tape. I
also used colors that will represent what those parts are supposed to be.
