SSSA ACADEMY RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Every month the fees should be paid on or before the 4th of the same month.
2. Fee once paid is not refundable at any cause.
3. Players below 15 years are not allowed to practice without any proper coach.
4. No compensation class for individual student leave and unfortunate close of the academy due to
natural disasters and government holidays (pandemic, flood, cyclone, etc.…)
5. Students must wear appropriate safety and protective equipment.
6. Safety helmet is always compulsory when they are at the skating rink.
7. Students & parents are requested not to damage any property on the premises of SSSA Academy. If
any is done, the cost will be borne by the person who damaged it.
8. Students should follow the discipline and follow the coach’s instructions.
9. Parents are not requested to argue with coaches. If any, please bring it to management to resolve.
10. Students are allowed to practice only in their respective time slots and if required additional
training will be chargeable.
11. Parents are not allowed to enter the ground.
12. Parents are allowed only if the child needs special care.
13. For old skate service charge is applicable depending on the shoes.
14. Management has full power to terminate students with prior notice under disciplinary action.
15. Timing can be changed without prior notice.
16. Outside or individual materials are not allowed in the practice ground.
17. Students and parents are requested to keep clean the premises that belong to the academy. Save
water and Energy.

BASIC SKATING TIPS


Skating has been one of the favouritegamesfor extreme sports enthusiasts around the world.
Although skating appears to be an easy risk-free sport it requires a lot of practice and patience.
The following are a few basic things and tips:
1. Ideally start skating at an early age as the body is more flexible and lightweight.
2. Invest in good quality skating kit, which includes the right size of skating shoes and safety
gear like helmet, elbow pads and knee pads.
3. Do not rush as balancing on skates require time and practice.
4. Skating involves the risk of injury and freaky accidents. Hence, don’t push your body
beyond a limit
5. You cannot self-learn, as skating involves complex feet and body movements.
6. Wear fitting clothes to avoid tripping over and hampering body movements.
7. Always perform some loosening exerciseslike squats, jumps, push-ups, etc. before starting
the session.
8. Choose a well-maintained skating rink to practice and avoid slippery and uneven surfaces.
9. Keep your body weight under control and avoid unhealthy food habits.
10. Most importantly, never miss your skating class because it involves a lot of practice.
