    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, AUSTIN JAMES GIBSON, of legal age, American Citizen,


    and a resident of Barangay I, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines,
    hereby name, constitute, and appoint my cousin, JOHN KEVIN A.
    BUGAS, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay I,
    Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
    attorney-in-fact, to act in my name, place, and stead, and to do and perform
    the following things, to wit:

    1. To REPRESENT me before the Office of the Bureau of


    Immigration and PROCESS my application for Tourist Visa
    Extension with Passport/Travel Doc. No. 648672236 filed on
    August 17,2023 and CLAIM it once it is available;

    2. To PAY all cost and expenses that may be incurred in the said
    application;

    3. To DO, EXECUTE and PERFORM any other acts and deeds


    necessary to effectuate the foregoing authority mentioned under
    paragraph one (1) hereof.

    HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact


    full power and authority to do and perform all acts and things whatsoever
    requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
    intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present,
    and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
