    INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANNUAL EXAMINATION


    2021-22

    1. You need to have TWO SET OF DEVICES for the efficient conduct of the assessment.
    The first device will be used to join the google meet link sent by the teacher on whatsapp.
    The second device would be used to open the quiz on ERP. The device’s screen on which
    the quiz is opened should be clearly visible to the teacher. Ensure that the camera is
    adjusted in such a manner that the student, second device screen and parent are
    visible to the teacher. In case one of the device being used is a laptop/desktop, kindly
    use it to join the google meet NOT to log in to ERP.
    2. The parents may sit behind their child if possible, in camera's view. You are also
    required not to talk to the child during the entire exam. Let your ward listen to the
    teacher's instructions carefully.
    3. The student is required to join the ONLINE SESSION ON GOOGLE MEET by
    clicking on the link provided by the Class Teacher. The link will be provided at 7:45
    am sharp in the class whatsapp group. The students must join the meet on time. No
    student will be allowed entry after 8:00 am. The students are required to join with their
    VIDEO ON and AUDIO MUTED. The students are NOT allowed to use the chat box
    unless instructed by the teacher.
    4. The student is required to LOG IN TO ERP through the BROWSER (NOT THE APP)
    and click on the quiz tab in the left hand menu section on the student dash board. The
    quiz will start at the designated time i.e., 8:00 am sharp and will end at 9:30 am. The
    students are required to submit their responses before 9:45 am. After the quiz time
    ends (i.e., after 9:45 am) the students will not be able to submit their response. The quiz
    will be visible only from the browser and not on the ERP app.
    5. The quiz would be SUBJECTIVE. The answers to the ALL the questions must be
    written neatly on a notebook (NOT TYPED). Thereafter, the student must click a picture

    of ALL the answers, convert into one pdf and attach the file on ERP QUIZ and send it
    to the CLASS TEACHER on whatsapp as a personal message . All this must be done
    within the allotted time. After attempting all questions and attaching the files click on
    FINISH TEST. The students must submit their responses and finish their test before 9:45
    am. (The students will not be able to submit their response after 9:45 am)
    6. It is MANDATORY to upload the pdf on ERP and send it on whatsapp of the CLASS
    TEACHER too. We will consider the solutions only when uploaded on ERP and sent on
    whatsapp both.
    7. The students must write their name, class and section on every page in their notebook
    before clicking the picture.
    8. The pdf should be saved with the name, class and section of the student. Eg : Amit
    Kapoor VIII G
    9. If pdf documents are not properly named then it will not be considered.
    10. The students who are using I PHONE to attempt the quiz and submit responses, can use
    Doc scanner app for clicking pictures of the solution and converting into pdf. The file can
    be saved on phone. The students will then be able to attach the file on ERP. The same
    process is to be done by the ANDROID USERS by using any one app (Adobe Scan or
    Doc Scanner). ENSURE THAT YOU CLICK THE PICTURES USING THE ABOVE
    APPS AS IT IS AUTOMATICALLY COMPRESSED. IF YOU CLICK FROM PHONE
    AND THEN CONVERT TO PDF THEN THE SIZE OF THE FILE WOULD BE TOO
    LARGE AND THERE WILL BE PROBLEM IN UPLOADING.
    11. The school will NOT consider the marks of those students who attempt the quiz
    without joining the google meet.
    12. In case after converting to pdf, you see a blank screen on browser, please don’t panic as
    you have the solutions of all the questions in the pdf. You can reopen the quiz, attach the
    pdf, submit the test and send the pdf file on whatsapp to the subject teacher before 9:45
    am.
    13. The students are requested to sit for the quiz with the REQUIRED THINGS like
    stationery, water bottle, test notebooks, etc. Once the quiz starts the student must NOT
    get up from their seats until the quiz ends.
    14. There will be no online classes during the assessment week. The students can however
    ask their doubts from the concerned teachers.
