1. Introduction
Sports Perimeter System is specialized advertisement release system for perimeter
screen.
The system has been optimized which can realize functions like video auto linefeed,
multi zone synchronous display, shown scroll effects of over length text and insert
other programs at any time.
Sports Perimeter System makes your perimeter screen a platform for advertisement
and information released.
The system consists of following sections:
(1) Editor: Used to create the media list, set the play rules and control all the players
in the system.
The editor will synchronize the players during playing process.
(2) Player: The player should be installed on the computer which control LED screen.
The video content will be shown on the screen in specified area by defined order.
All player will be synchronized automatically to ensure that content displayed in
LED screen combined into a full scene.
The editor and player should be connected in the same LAN.
2. Editor
Install the Zither editor and run it.
2.1 Basic Operation

2.1.1 Playlist selection

Click“+”To create, remove and name the playlist.
2.1.2 Playlist editor

To create parts and groups of player, add media files and specify play sections.

Supported display content:
1) File: video and image. Supports custom image playback duration.
2) Scroll Text.
3) Scroll Image: scroll the pre-defined images horizontally across all “Sections”.
4) Fullscreen Video: display the video in full screen on all “Sections”.
2.1.3 Play control window
Play:
Selecting a media file and clicking the relevant buttons to achieve the functions of
play, pause, stop and next operation. (Make sure that the player computer has been
properly turned on before this operation.)
Insert Play
Insertion function can pause the content that current screen display and insert other
program list at any time. After clicking ‘Stop’ button, it will go on the before program.
2.1.4 Program preview window

After selecting media files, it will preview automatically at the current window.

To view the properties, name and file address of project.

2.2 Application
2.2.1 Display the same content
1) Before using Zither, you may need to do settings of the device.
Click “Settings”>”Device Settings”, you will see the following dialog box.
: Fill in the screen name, player IP, start position and screen size. Select the
“Screen Model” (take “3 Side” as an example).
: Setting the cabinets’ size, quantity and sections.
: In this mode, there is a jump to a new line at the end of each segment.

: Preview of stadium mode.
2) Click “OK” then return to the main interface and click “+”create a new screen
3) Add the media file that need to be played in the group, click the blank area
behind the “Sections” to play the media files to the specified section.

Check all of the sections to display the same content on three sides.
2.2.2 Display different content

1) Device settings operations.Refer to the step 1 in chapter 2.2.1.
2) Click “OK” then return to the main interface and create a new part and three
groups.
3) Add the media file that need to be played in each group, You can add scrolling
text, external text files, scrolling images, scores.click the blank area behind the
“Sections” to play the media files to the specified section. To delete media, click
“X”.Score needs to be used in conjunction with the scoring software

Click the blank area behind the “Sections” in Group 1, play the media files on Side A.
Click the blank area behind the “Sections” in Group 2, play the media files on Side B.
Click the blank area behind the “Sections” in Group 3, play the media files on Side C.

2.3.1 Software Settings
2.3.2 Score Device Settings

Input the IP address of Ultra Score Terminal to connect with Ultra Score System and
display the score.

2.3.3 Score Device Settings
Play Log: List the file name, play times and duration of each item, convenient to
provide data info to the advertisers.
Screen Brightness: choose one or more sections for brightness adjustment.

Screen Test: test the screen.
3. Player
Need to be installed on the computer which control LED screen.
Open the software every time when you need to use it and it will be display in full
screen by default.
To make sure that you have run the player when playing media files.
Display effects refer to the following image.
