DPP will focus its business and marketing efforts on local residents, who will be the
main target market, in order to build up a sizable recurring customer base. This will
provide a strong, stable revenue base to guarantee the business's stability. To win over
this target market, I must have high visibility and aggressively priced goods and
services.

The bakery always offers freshly made pastries and other baked goods during work
hours. To ensure that there are always fresh baked goods accessible, six to eight
moderate batches of bakery and pastry products are made throughout the day.

during the business week. We will make the bread during the night and early morning
in order for our products to be made fresh and ready to serve customers throughout the
day. We hope to open our doors at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and run through
a business day until we close shop at 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m.
on Friday and Saturday. Throughout the day, we expect customers to swing by on their
way to work or enjoy a quick bite during lunch breaks.
FINANCIAL PLAN

Capital Requirements:

The initial capital requirement needed for the operation of the business is $800,000 to
cover all the expenses for the total project cost, which includes pre-operating expenses,
fixed assets, general and administrative expenses, and the total production cost.

SOURCE OF FINANCING
The source of the capital to be used in starting this business will be the Philippine
National Bank and shareholder contributions. The Philippine National Bank will borrow
P200,000, and the rest of the needed capital will be borrowed or leased from the bank.
