Foreword
This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 067-00-08 AA Verbindungselemente mit Sonder
formen und aus Kunststoff of the Normenausschuss Mechanische Verbindungselemente (Fasteners Standards
Committee).
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. DIN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
Amendments
This standard differs from DIN 7992:1970-12 as follows:
a) a scope has been defined;
b) normative references have been updated;
c) the loading capacity has been deleted in Table 1;
d) the technical delivery conditions (Clause 4) have been completely revised;
e) the example of application and the specifications for the bolt pocket are now given in an informative
Annex A.
