    Attn: All the Students of BBA/BCA/BAJMC/MAJMC/BALLB/BCOMLLB/LLB
    (Except First Sem)
    Sub: Online Filling of CCS University Odd Sem Exam Form – 2023-24
    (Regular / Back / Ex-Student)

    All the students are herby informed that the CCS University has extended the date for online
    filling of Examination Form for Even Semester (https://ccsu.aimserp.co.in/web/portal).
    The dates are as under:

    1. Last date of Online Filling of Exam Form at CCSU Portal - 20.11.2023


    2. Last date of submission of printout of exam form in the Institute - 21.11.2023

    The Printout of the Examination Form along with College NOC (from Accounts) will be
    submitted in the respective department only.

    Exam Forms of Back papers along with the copy of mark-sheet of back will be
    submitted in the Registrar’s Office only.

    No Exam Form will be accepted without clearing all Dues (College / Hostel).

    Important Instructions:
    1. Students are required to read instructions of CCSU carefully before online filling the
    Examination Form.
    2. Students are also required to check the subjects carefully before filling / submitting
    the Examination Form at CCSU Portal.
    3. In case of wrong filling of option/subject(s), the students will be responsible for the
    same.
    5. As per University norms, no student is eligible to fill the exam forms of two complete
    semesters.
    6. During filling the re-back exam form student should ensure that he/she filled the re-
    back exam form of those subjects in which he/she appeared earlier. Means student
    cannot change the subject-code in re-back exam form.
    7. No Exam Form (Regular/Back/Ex-student) will be accepted online/email in any
    case.

    * In case of any query/problem during filling of online exam form, students can meet Mr.
    Pawan, Registrar’s Office between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Or may contact on 9311124685
    between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days only).

    Instructions for Online Filling


    of CCSU Odd Sem Exam Form – 2023-24

    Step-1: Go to link https://ccsu.aimserp.co.in/web/portal


    Step-2: Select Exam Category as follows:
    Regular Main Exam – for regular students of all courses
    Regular Back Paper Exam – for all students having backs (in 1 or 2 subjects)
    in odd semester.

    Step-3: Select Admission year

    Step-4: Fill your Roll No. / Registration No. / Aadhar Number / etc and then
    selecdt Programme Name

    Now Exam Form will be opened. All the students are required to fill their details
    carefully and upload their Photographs / Sign / Marks-sheet accordingly as per
    requirement.
