    CIRCULAR
    The schedule for paying examination fee by eligible students of all semesters (excluding
    2021 admitted students of 1st Sem. B.E, MBA and M.Tech and 3rd Sem. Lateral Entry
    students) for Feb/Mar 2022 Examination for B.E, MBA and M.Tech are as stated below.

    PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE APPLICATION:
    1. Students must apply for examination online through Student Login using the
    URL : https://prexam.vtu.ac.in or https://prexamblr.vtu.ac.in
    2. Login Id being the USN and Password is the one which was used to fill the exam
    application during the earlier examinations. Students who are not able to apply on
    their own can contact college exam section through email by mailing the problem
    faced while filling the exam application with a clear screenshot along with their
    mobile number to the email ID kssemexam@gmail.com.
    3. Students using their credentials must fill in the exam form carefully, subjects which are
    not applicable must be unchecked before submitting the application.
    Upload a recent stamp size (Max 40 KB) Photo.
    4. Check the filled in application thoroughly and then finalize it, after finalizing the
    application no changes can be made.
    5. Students after finalizing the application must make the requisite fee payment to the
    college by online method.

    6. Students while making online payment, USN and Name of the student must be
    mentioned in the description box.
    7. Copy of exam application (JPEG, PDF any readable format) along with a copy of
    exam fee paid receipt with clearly visible UTR number must be mailed to
    kssemexam@gmail.com (Except exam application related queries no other queries
    will be addressed by this mail) within the last date, Failing which their application will
    not be approved from the college.
    8. If the applications are not approved by the college, though paid the requisite fee and
    applied online, students may not be able to take up the examination.
    9. Any College or Hostel fees dues has to be paid on or before 19.01.2022 or else their
    exam applications will not be approved from the college.
    10.Any difficulties while filling online form may contact college examination section in
    Person by following COVID appropriate norms, by wearing mask and hand gloves or
    by mailing to kssemexam@gmail.com .
