1. Description

1.1. Ascension 1

The five advanced Ashati levels, also called the “Ascension” levels, are available to anyone who has
received and integrated the Ashati level 3 energy activation, either over distance or in person, and
who feels ready for much deeper healing and development work. This unique and very advanced
spiritual development training is about creating deeper and permanent changes to the very
structure of your chakra / energy body system. The five energy activations ultimately lead to
complete energetic ascension. They are believed to be connected to multi‐dimensional DNA
activations and a natural evolutionary process, dormant within your multi‐dimensional human body.

As mentioned in the Ashati 3 manual, the dimension just above the soul dimension – in terms of
vibration – is named the soul light dimension. It is in this dimension that the “higher‐self of the soul”
– the soul light body – is created, and it is within this energy body that a person’s spirit incarnates
at the very start of its soul journey. Most humans are not directly connected to their soul light body
and spirit. Indeed, the human chakra system connects the physical body – its nervous / endocrine
systems, and therefore its conscious mind – to seven energy bodies, including those that make up
the soul. This means that the physical body is energetically connected to the soul, and the soul is
energetically connected to the soul light body and spirit. This initial level of separation from our
spirit and soul light body within our physical body’s energetic make‐up amplifies this sense of
separation in our perception and our understanding of our world. It also limits our energetic abilities
in the physical form (e.g. healing, manifestation, perceptions, spiritual understanding, etc.).This is
not something to perceive as negative, or incomplete. It is rather an opportunity for spirits to
experience life in a whole different way, without all their knowledge, and without all their healing
and manifestation abilities – at least until completion of the energetic ascension process.

Ashati masters start to connect with the soul light dimension and with their soul light body through
the activation of the chakras above their crown, and by using the Ashati 3 technique to access sixth
dimensional energies. This process was an important and revolutionary step forward in your
development, personally, psychically and spiritually. This Ascension 1 energy activation takes this
reconnection journey much further by directly connecting your physical body, and its newly open
higher chakras (above the crown), to your soul light body and to your own spirit. This process, in the
Ashati training, is called the Higher‐Self Activation. This transformation, unique to this system, will
create a shift in your energy and in your level of consciousness, therefore also positively affecting
your psychic abilities, personal and spiritual development. Furthermore, the energetic connection
of your physical body and its conscious mind with your soul light body and your spirit will also help
you reconnect with your own higher gifts, abilities and knowledge, often through an increased level
of intuition and inner guidance. Over time, these may slightly change the way you see yourself, use
your psychic abilities, perform healings, and much more.

1.2. Energy Activation

The Ascension 1 to 5 energy activations are possible because of the help of the Ashati Ascended
Masters, who will be there for every Ascension energy activation performed according to the
system’s structure and guidelines (channelled from them). These sixth dimensional beings (different
from the Ashati Guides, who are from the fifth dimension), are the guardians of this ascension
process. More information about them will be provided in the Ascension 5 manual. The Ascension
5 energy activation will also connect you energetically to the sixth dimension and to the Ashati
Ascended Masters, enabling you to then feel their presence much more easily, and to receive help
and guidance directly from them, for your own journey and perhaps to help others.

The ceremony to initiate the Higher‐Self Activation can be performed over distance or in person.
The process remains the same and is just as effective in both set‐ups. The energy activation will
connect your soul light body to the first chakra above your crown, and your spirit body to the second
chakra above your crown. The third chakra above your crown, although activated, will always
remain free from any energy body connection.

Finally, this ceremony will also activate the chakra below your feet – aligned with the other main
chakras, located a few centimetres below the legs and feet – which in this system is called the
elemental chakra. A series of minor adjustments and a 21‐day integration process will naturally take
place afterwards. It is therefore important to perform daily self‐healings for 21 days after this
activation in order to assist with this process. It is normal to feel some of the usual integration and
healing symptoms during the 21‐day period, such as tiredness, sensations in the crown, in other
chakras or parts of the body, mood changes, occasional dizziness, vivid dreams at night, etc. These
are especially likely during the first three days, although not everyone experienced them.

Ascension and the Energy Bodies

The Ascension energy activations will make deep changes to your energy body system. It is
important to understand that each energy body adds a level of influence on the physical body and
what it feels and thinks. For example, the energies within your lower emotional body will influence
your emotions on the physical body level, which are the emotions that you experience as a physical
being. This influence is mainly done through the endocrine and nervous systems, which are directly
connected to the chakra system.

A physical body is however able to feel emotions “by itself”, in response to its environment and
thoughts, without the influence of energy bodies. The emotional energies within the lower
emotional body (often felt as heavy and sometimes overpowering), the connective astral body or
the higher emotional body will simply amplify them, or trigger other “physical” emotions. These
emotional energies can also be stored in their respective energy body, repressed and stagnant.
Working on processing and freeing these energies is part of Ashati 1, 2 and 3.

The energy bodies linked to your physical body through the chakra system therefore affect what
you think and feel as a physical being, but also what other dimensions you exist in (and get affected
by). The Ascension stages of development will progressively free your physical body and its mind
and emotions from the “heavier” energy bodies and their influence in your daily life. This process is
unique to this system and a revolutionary stage of spiritual development. It will start with Ascension
2, as Ascension 1 is about expansion of your being to the much higher levels of your soul light body
and spirit body.

As you begin this Ascension journey, it is essential to understand that the physical body can “work”
without energy bodies, as long as life and consciousness are given to it by the spirit. As energy bodies
are dissipated, the connection to your spirit and its guidance will become stronger and more and
more conscious.

Ascension and the Chakras

Except for Ascension 3, The Ascension program will not change the chakra system, which can be
understood as an extension on the energetic level of the endocrine and nervous systems. Ascension
3 will transform the chakras, currently in their vortex form, into non‐physical crystals. Their
locations, functions and energetic connections will however remain the same. This transformation
will deepen your conscious connection to the energies within your spirit and other energy bodies,
and it will therefore mark another important stage in your spiritual development. Ascension 4 and
5 will also trigger some changes, mostly to the connection between your chakras and your remaining
energy bodies.

2.2. New Energy Bodies

Angelic Body
This is the body of your spirit. This body only becomes connected to a human chakra system after
the Ascension 1 energy activation.

Soul light Body

This is the first energy body into which a spirit incarnates in order to create a soul and start a soul
journey. Before Ascension 1, this energy body remains disconnected from the physical body
(although connected to the soul body, itself directly connected to the physical body / chakra
system).

Elemental body
The opening of the elemental chakra during the Ascension 1 energy activation permanently changes
the vibration of the etheric body. This transforms it into what is called, in the Ashati system, the
“elemental body”. The purpose and shape of this energy body remain exactly the same as when it
was made of etheric energy. Its main centre will however change from the base chakra to the
elemental chakra. This will reduce the base chakra to basic functions within the body, a process that
will be extended to the sacral and solar plexus chakras after the Ascension 2 energy activation.

This activation of the elemental body will deepen your natural grounding, and it is an essential
developmental stage to allow the connection of your soul light and spirit bodies to your chakra
system. It will also create a different level of connection to, and therefore of influence over, your
own physical body.

Universal Body
The activation of your universal chakra and the transformation of your elemental body into a
universal body will take place with the Ascension 5 energy activation.

3. Healing
The Ascension energy activations are primarily focused on personal, psychic and spiritual
development. Some healing will however take place throughout this journey, especially after
Ascension 1. The techniques to heal yourself and others will not change during the Ascension
training. You can continue to combine the Ashati 1 and 2 hand positions with the Ashati 3 technique
(working with the soul light energies).

This Ashati 3 technique will also remain unchanged, although you will find it easier and easier to
connect with this higher level of consciousness (spirit level of consciousness).

It is recommended, especially during the 21‐day period after an energy activation, to also include
the three chakras above your head during your self‐healings, as well as the elemental chakra. You
can place your hands above your head (facing up) for a few minutes and intend to heal and clear
these three chakras at the same time, for example, or you can simply use the distance healing
technique, which is also the easiest method to heal the elemental chakra.

4. The Journey Ahead

The next recommended steps in your Ashati journey are:

Ascension 2 continues this evolutionary journey of advanced energetic ascension to now let go of
an entire level of emotional and mental energies, linked to the lower astral dimension, and to what
can sometimes be experienced as strong / limiting beliefs, overpowering emotions, and addiction
tendencies. This disconnection from lower levels of vibration will also assist you to more easily feel
the inner guidance from your own spirit.

Ascension 3 focuses the metamorphosis of this Ascension process on the chakra system itself,
transforming the vortex chakras into their (more advanced) etheric crystal form. This process is
connected to a whole new stage in your spiritual development, and the key for the next (and the
biggest) two stages of energetic ascension: Ascension 4 and 5.

Ascension 4 is about further connecting with your own spirit. This is done by removing additional
energy bodies – the soul body, higher emotional body, higher mental body, and soul light body. Your
spirit body and elemental body will become respectively connected to your third eye and heart
chakra, thereby enhancing the conscious connection to them. This is a big step in one’s
development, and the end of a specific type of cycle of incarnation as a spirit within a soul, although
it may simply feel like the natural next stage to you. The previous levels of the complete Ashati
system have indeed prepared you for this, one step at a time. You however need to make sure that
you feel ready for this transformation.

It is normal and expected as part of this healing and personal development journey to experience some emotional and
possibly physical clearing / healing symptoms, from time to time, especially in periods of regular self‐healings. This
process, driven by you and your own individual healing journey, may affect you for a few minutes to a few days. It is
then recommended to continue regular self‐healings to speed up this healing process. However, if you experience
unusual or severe symptoms, or if you feel concerned in any way, please make sure to seek medical advice. All the
content and healing work within this course is considered complementary in nature and should not, under any
circumstance, alter or replace the service, treatment, medication or advice provided by medical practitioners.
