(Principal) GENERAL GUIDELINES Schools must register online at www.enovators.in latest by Saturday, September 30, 2023. Participants must report at the registration desk latest by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Any changes, must be notified beforehand at enovators@vbps-noida.in or at the registration desk. Preliminary rounds in some events will be based on online submission. Teachers In Charge are requested to submit student’s work on www.enovators.in/submit. The entry should be submitted on the respective event forms latest by Thursday, October 05th, 2023 by 5:00 PM. Results of the preliminary rounds will be declared on www.enovators.in/result on Saturday, October 07th, 2023 by 5:00 PM. No Student can participate in more than one event. Only one team is allowed per school in a particular event. For scoring first position in an event school will be awarded with 100 points, for second position 80 points and for third position 50 points. The school with maximum points will be awarded the Winning Trophy. Participants should be in proper school uniform and must carry their School-ID card on the day of event. Please ensure that a teacher accompanies the participants. Participants are requested to take care of their devices and belongings. The host school will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the devices. Judges’ decision in all the events will be final and binding.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Participants need to build a robot capable of navigating through a maze filled with obstacles. The Robot shall not exceed 35cm x 25cm x20cm. Robots can be wired or wireless. The External power supply or energy source to be provided during the race. The track will consist of a variety of obstacles such as stones, cones, barriers, walls, mud track and ramps. The race will be started from a designated starting point. The timer starts as soon as the robot crosses the starting line. If the robot moves outside the track boundaries or displaces an obstacle the robot has to re-start from the previous checkpoint. If the robot gets stuck and is unable to proceed, a competition official may manually adjust the robot's position to continue the race. Game: Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Participants must have BGMI with all modes installed and a good internet connection on their respective devices. All players will be individually monitored. Please Keep in mind that spaces are limited, and registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 16 registered schools will be selected for the prelims round.
