    EXPERIENCE WITH GREENERY


    ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE
    Green DNA is a club which it is first
    and pioneer society leading UTM to
    Sustainability campus. It focus on
    training UTM students and staffs about
    our product the biocompost which are
    made from our daily food wastes. The
    reasone why I participating in GDNA is
    to develop my own communication
    skills and strenghthen the ways to
    convey the ideas to others. My role
    involved engaging and managing all
    stakeholders for the projects related to
    SDG(sustainable development goal).

    It all started during my year 2 sem 1


    university life. The event begin on 4 of
    november in N29. This was the most
    memorable and exciting event during
    my second year. The program was held
    succeeded and give me a memorable
    memory to me. The program is to
    sharing the importance of SDG, sharing
    ideas and organizing upcoming event
    for the upcoming month.

    EXPERIENCE WITH GREENERY 04 1


    THE BEGINNING
    II applied for a higher role and became a
    head of department. It is the best
    opportunity for me to find my own talent
    and lead my members to held a greater
    events.During ice breaking session ,the first
    things,me as a leader is to introduce myself
    bravely when I first meet them. It is the best
    ways to having interaction with them. In
    order to corporate well with them, I have
    asked them to tell each of their hobbyies
    and do’s and dont’s of them. I found it GOOD MEMBERS
    interesting that I haven meet a lot of +
    productive and potential members in my
    GOOD MEMORIES
    team . It makes me to have more confident
    in knowing more people. It is the most
    treasurable moments and happy
    atmosphere I have ever had. After the
    introducing session, seniors play a game
    with us which is answer or punishment
    about the members. I am glad that I have
    look for their hobby and each of their
    character in order to know more about
    them.

    HOW IT CONTINUE
    Throughout the event, it strenghthens my
    feeling a lot in collaboration with them
    because i am sure that we can organise
    an event that is more succeed than we
    thought. After that, we have the lectures
    about the SDG. As a head of department,
    I have to come out with an idea that
    what event we can organise in the future.
    I have come out an idea that is giving
    back the contributions to community. Me
    and my team have decide that we
    wanna spread the spirits of taking care
    of the nature to younsters. I have never
    expected that we will think critically for
    the upcoming events. I am deilight that
    my seniors support our ideas and willing
    to assist us if we are having difficulties.

    Our seniors held this event is to having an ice


    breaking session and assist us to organise events.
    Soon I realise that our team have to come out an call
    to action that is tracking every members. Therefore, I
    suggest to my team members that we should report
    our task progress weekly in order to ensure that we
    are progress well. Then, the talks session about SDG
    was informative. It gives me a rough idea about how
    we can improve our environment. I should taught
    these skills that i have learnt to the younsters. Even
    though i feel presssured at that time, but i manage to
    giving ideas to my members and look for the best
    solution.

    Throughout these session, I found

    discover myself had strenghthem


    more in terms of leaderships and

    adaptability skill. I am able to lead a

    group to strive for success. I aim to


    utilize these skills in my future
    endeavours, especially in becoming
    a better person. This event provide

    me vast opportunities to establish

    professional connections. In GREEN DNA MEETINGS

    addition, I found myself can


    commmunicate with others easily.
    No matter in front of lecturers,

    friends or starngers, i can easily


    convey my ideas to them.
