Course Contents:

configurations, components of HVDC transmission system, VSC/CSC Converters circuit operation for HVDC system, Harmonics and
their mitigation, AC and DC filter design, HVDC control, Converter faults and protections of DC-AC systems, Interaction between
AC-DC systems, HVDClight system, Multi-terminal DC systems, Multi pulse VSI/CSI based DC-AC systems, New developments and
recent trends in HVDC systems.
