In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus 19, following procedure will be implemented before visit VFS premise:
- Customer is required to put on mask at all time while being the VFS premise
- Customer will be have a temperature check before entering premise
- If the temperature will be >= 37.3 C, customer will be requested to return once condition has improved
If you arrive later than 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you are required to make a new appointment.
Important information:
- Service fee is non-refundable once it is paid online.
- Applicants submitting their applications in a period of 59 months prior to the previous appointment are not obligated to record
biometrics. However, technical errors may cause the possibility of previously recorded biometrics to be irretrievable. In this case,
applicants will be recalled to provide biometric data, which may delay the overall processing period. Hence, applicants are therefore
advised, on voluntary basis, to have their biometric recorded, notwithstanding the period of the last travel. Applications should be
submitted in person (also babies and children) at Visa Application Centre.

 Processus de prise de rendez-vous et prépaiement des frais de service

À partir du 21 Mars 2023, les Pays Bas vont introduire une nouvelle procédure pour assurer un
traitement plus efficace des demandes de visa. La prise de rendez-vous est obligatoire, et les
demandeurs doivent payer les frais de service à l'avance pour confirmer leur Rendez-vous

Le prépaiement des frais de service ( 74 dt ) doit être effectué pour chaque demande individuelle.
Le paiement doit être effectué dans un délais de 3 jours de la prise de RDV, au delà de cette période
le RDV ne sera pas confirmé.

Le paiement des frais de services qui s’effectue dans l’une des agences bancaires Attijari banque
mentionnées dans le tableau ci-dessous. Veuillez noter que tous les paiements ne peuvent être
effectués qu'en espèces. Les paiements par carte de crédit ou par chèque ne sont pas acceptés.

Après avoir reçu votre lettre de Rendez-vous avec votre numéro de référence unique e-mail, veuillez
effectuer le prépaiement dans l'une de ces agences bancaires Attijari dans les 3 jours de prise du
RDV

Appointment booking process and Prepayment of Service

Starting from March 21st, 2023, the Netherlands Mission will introduce a new process to
ensure moreefficient visa application processing. Appointment booking is mandatory, and
applicants are required to pay the service fee in advance.

Service fee prepayment (74T TND ) must be made for every application individually. The
payment must be made within 72 hours ( 3 days) after the confirmation email of the scheduled
appointmenthas been sent. Please note, that in case the payment is not made within 72 hours,
you will lose yourprepayment and the appointment.

The payment of the service fees which is done in one of the Attijari bank branches mentioned
in thetable below, can be done only in cash. Bank transfer, wire transfer or cheques are not
accepted.
After you receive your confirmation letter with your unique appointment reference
number byemail, please make the prepayment in one of these Attijari bank agencies
within 96 hours:
