QUALITY

The ramps are made using custom designed, aerospace grade aluminium beams. The
material used is 6061 T6 aerospace grade alloy, with a strength similar to mild steel, but only
a third of the weight. This particular alloy is also used in aerospace and marine applications
not only for its strength, but also for its corrosion resistance.

The aluminium beams are anodized black, which gives them a further protection, a harder
surface and a pleasant finish. The lift system is using a fin cooled, oil submerged worm drive.
These are very compact and powerful units and they will easily lift motorcycles, buggies and
cargo of more than 500kg.

All metal components are laser cut, welded, then zinc plated. After the zinc plating we also
powdercoat the steel components, to obtain a corrosion resistant product. The ramps use no
less than 14 nylon coated rollers, and this ensures a very smooth operation over very long
periods of time. Since the market introduction in 2018, we have never had a single returned
or faulty product.

The lift system uses straps, and these are doubled up. Each strap has a breaking load of
2,500kg, so in theory the ramp must lift 5 tonnes before the straps will break. Ramps can be
adapted and cut to length to suit different vehicles. Unlike other competing products, our
product is adaptive, and can be customized to the needs of different clients.

There are many accessories available, to load three wheel scooters, or to secure the ramp
to a vehicle without drilling holes in the floor. The AC 001 extender (below) for example will
enable you to boost load height to 1,3 meters.

AC 001 EXTENDER - INSIDE FRAME

AC 001

Using the AC 001 extender, users can considerably boost the loading height. The
extender clips on and off without tools. One can for example use a short ramp (2.1
meters long) to load motorcycles sideways in a pick-up truck, and then use the
extender to improve the loading height of this shorter ramp. The AC 001 extender
can be obtained in different lenghts. It fits all ramp models. It boost the loading
height by 400mm or more (if the adapter is longer).

AC 003 EXTENDER - MAIN FRAME

The AC 003 extender can be fitted to the main frame. It allows the motorcycle to
slide further inside the vehicle. This is very useful for loading into vans, where the
client can slide the motorcycle further inside the van, so that the back doors of
the vehicle can be closed without hitting the rear of the bike. The AC 003 can be
obtained in different lenghts. It fits all ramp models.

AC 012 KIT - BOLTLESS ATTACHMENT KIT

The AC 012 kit comes with the front attach brackets and a set of polyurethane
pads. The pads add friction between the ramp and the floor, and will also protect
the floor from scratching it when the ramp is attached to the vehicle, or when it’s
being detached from it. Using the AC 012, you can firmly attach the ramp to a ve-
hicle without drilling holes in the floor - you can use the vehicle’s already existing
tie-down points to strap the ramp in.

CREW CAB PICK-UP TRUCKS

Double cab and crew cab pick-up trucks have become very popular.

Most manufacturers such as Ford, VW, Toyota, Nissan etc have an extensive range of crew
cab trucks. However their cargo bed is limited in length - it would be impossible to load at to
carry a motorcycle unless our ramps are used.

For example, in the bottom picture you can see how the Indian’s rear tire sits in fact outside
the vehicle.

Using our ramps makes it possible to transport motorcycles that are longer than the cargo
bed of a pick-up truck. The truck in the picture is equipped with both a roller cover and
plastic lining. However this is not a problem since the AC 012 and other components such as
ramp travel stoppers are installed.

In this configuration, there are no holes made in the floor, and the ramp rests on
polyurethane pads to protect the plastic bed liner.

The AC 012 can also be used in vans. The ramp’s modular constructions allows users to adjust
the motorcycle’s advance into a vehicle by adjusting the wheel chock stoppers, so that it
doesn’t hit the roller cover for example.
