2.0 SUMMARIZE LESSON PLAN
Based on my lesson plan, the theme I am is shapes titled "guess the shapes". This
title corresponds to the theme chosen by myself. The activities I provide are suitable
for children who are only 5 years old. The given time is 30 minutes dated16th June 2023.
The number of children in my class is 20. Thus, the existing knowledge in the child is
that children look at the shapes at home and children are exposed to the description of
shapes through their toys. The teaching aids used in this activity are playdough, plastic,
box laptop, mascot and the last one shapes. Moral values used are cooperation, listen
carefully and communication.
At the end of the lesson, children will be able to recognize the shapes such as
triangle, circle, rectangle and the last one square. This is said because during the study
to the children they can recognize and differentiate the forms that are pasted in front.
This led to my learning objective being achieved with what I planned. In addition,
children will be able to pronounce and spell the shapes. This is because when I tell and
tell them to pronounce and spell shapes, they can spell well every available form such
as triangle, circle, rectangle and square. Next, children can to make a shapes using the
ingredients that the teacher has prepared well according to the instruction.
This is because, children are able to form correctly according to the instructions
given and the form I have prepared. This can be seen after the activity has gone on and
after I call a representative from the group to come forward with a show and paste the
form they have made. Finally, children can to explain after being able to complete the
activities that the teacher gave boldly. This is also because, I called a representative to
explain the names and features of the form in the meantime, the children can explain
what activities they have performed.

3.0 EXPLAIN ABOUT TEACHING AIDS
Teaching aids is a teaching aid used by teachers in doing activities in the classroom.
Teaching aids is very important to all teachers in implementing learning well and
in an orderly manner. Teaching aids can also make it easier for teachers to deliver
or teach in the classroom. With teaching aids the teacher can convey something
more clearly. It also gives fun to the children when the teacher uses the teaching
aids during the activities. This also prevents children from getting bored quickly to
keep learning over time.

Shapes Laptop (youtube)

Small shapes Shapes

Based on my lesson plan, I chose a "shapes" theme titled "guess that shapes".
The teaching aid used in the first induction is that the teacher gives the first
description to the children using forms such as triangle, circle, rectangle and square.

9
The shape used is large in size that can see from a great distance supaay the child
knows before starting it. After that, the teacher gives them a small form. Such small
shapes are made of boxes. This is said because the colourful shape is given for
reference to the children while singing and performing the activity. Teachers also
use laptops to show children what songs they need to sing as a form-themed learning
start.

Flash card (shapes) Flash card

Next, in step 1 I use the teaching aid i.e. I use a flash card. This is used to give
children a clearer description of the name and features of the form. The flash card
is also made of boxes and when I give a description I paste it into the board one by
one so that the children better understand and remember what they learned.
Therefore, the flash card is used as a reference to children as they learn and look
forward. The flash card contains features of all the forms I taught you which are
triangle, circle, rectangle and square. In addition, I also use playdough to create
shapes and give children a description of how to make playdough before they start
activities. And the finished playdough made me put into a plate. This is a description
to the children so that it is easier for them to perform activities.

10
Playdough Shapes

Playdough
In addition, step 2 is that I give shape to them according to the groups that have
been divided. Among the given forms are triangle, circle, rectangle and square.
Such forms are given so that the child can perform the activities well. Then, I give
them a playdough to start an activity. They need to make shapes according to the
given form. After that, I will call a representative from the group to paste the form
into the form that has been prepared on the front board.
Finally, I asked them the names and characteristics they had learned that day.
This is a revisit of what has been taught to ensure that children understand what
they are learning. Teachers give compliments to children so that they feel valued
for what they have done.

11
4.0 EXPLAIN ABOUT STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS
4.1 STRENGTH
The strength is that the teacher is able to go through the activities well with the
children. This is said because when teachers can do well they can complete
activities successfully and provide many benefits to children. This can also add
knowledge to the child. In doing these activities, teachers play an important role for
children in doing fun activities by making a positive impression on them.
The strength that I have in the activity that I have been working on is that
children get to know the form well. This is said because children can distinguish
between the forms taught by me. They can recognize the letters by indicating the
shape they get. This is because when I mention a shape like a rectangle shape, while
the child who gets the shape lifts that shape while the learning session takes place.
Next, the second strength found in the activities that have been carried out is
that the child can pronounce and spell the letters of the form. This is said to be
dechemistryn because children can pronounce the letters of the form well and
clearly. They can spell the letters well when I call the children to come forward to
pronounce the letters of the form. Therefore, it makes a good impression on children
in mentioning and training themselves to learn better.
Besides, the third strength that the yanag activity has done is that children can
make shapes well using the playdough given by me. They can make shapes
according to the form I give to each group. With it, they can make shapes well such
as triangle, circle, rectangle and square shapes.
Last but not least, the strength of the activities that have been carried out is to attract
the interest and attention of the children to engage in activities and continue to learn
from time to time. This is because the children concentrate on me while teaching
ahead and they make a positive impression by showing facial expressions that enjoy
doing activities. The children also enjoy the activities carried out with the singing
of songs titled shapes and doing activities related to the form. Thus, the strength
shown by them, gives a positive effect and can add knowledge to them.

12
4.2 WEAKNESS
Among the weaknesses of the activity that I have carried out is the color used
on the form. This is said because the color I use in the shape that I put in front of
only 2 colors which are green and blue. This is a disadvantage of the activity,
therefore, I must use different colors such as 4 colors to represent 4 shapes so that
children can distinguish which form more quickly and well. Color is an important
element in doing things because it gives joy to every activity carried out. The
disadvantages of the colors applied to this form can be repaired in the future.
The second drawback is the double tab applied to the shape pasted on the
whiteboard. This is said because when I explained in front of the form it fell which
caused the disruption of my learning session. This is because I have to use a
powerful double tab so that it is not easy to fall or date. When using a strong double
tab the learning session will also go smoothly. Therefore, the double tab also plays
an important role to me so that the activity will go well.
