Yummy Egg Sandwiches!

Hey, everyone. I want to talk about my favourite food – egg sandwiches. Egg
sandwiches are so good to eat as they are simple to make. You will need only three
things and it does not cost much. Imagine the soft and creamy eggs in between two
bread slices. Yummy!

The flavours mix and make my tummy really happy. I sometimes eat up to three egg
sandwiches at a time but most of the time I only eat one. There was once I had five egg
sandwiches! The best time to have them is for breakfast. Seeing egg sandwiches on my
plate gets me so excited to start my day. As much as I love them, I don’t eat egg
sandwiches for lunch or dinner. I prefer heavier meals then.

Here is how I make the best egg sandwich. First, I break two eggs into a bowl and
mix them with salt and pepper. Then, I cook the eggs with butter until they get all fluffy
and nice. Once the eggs are done, I put some cheese slices on them. Next, I take two
bread slices and add the eggs. Once I’m done, I sit back and enjoy my egg sandwich. I
hope I can open a café to sell my special egg sandwiches.

Last week, I went to a book fair with my brother. I read this book - The King of
A Night. It was a wonderful reading moment for me. The king was so great that I
wanted to be like him. He flew every night using his special wings and helped
children with bad dreams by changing them to sweet dreams. I enjoyed myself
reading this book and looking at the pictures. I even lend it to my classmates.

“The Castle” is an interesting book that I’ve got from my parents. The story was

class during my English lesson. The story started with Gina, a farmer’s daughter,
