    Product Description
    The patented High Pressure High Temperature retrievable bridge plug (HPHT) contains an
    innovative seal module which both compresses and constrains the element, enabling it to
    withstand extreme differential pressures.

    The slim design reduces the risk of deployment and retrieval through narrow wellbore
    restrictions, a crucial operation benefit. Efficiency is further enhanced by each plug taking just
    one run to set and one to retrieve. With a range of plug sizes for 3 1/2” to 7 5/8” casing, it is an
    ideal barrier solution for HPHT wells.

    The plug series has been tested to differential pressures up to 1030 bar (15000 psi) at
    temperatures up to 200°C (390°F) and is qualified in accordance with the ISO 14310:2008
    international standard up to validation grade V0.

    Applications
    The HPHT bridge plug can be used as a temporary or permanent barrier. The element and slip
    modules have been designed to withstand bi-directional pressure which allows the plug to be
    set in cross flow. The HPHT plug can be run as an isolation plug or a packer and can incorporate
    junk extensions and/or equalising devices.
