A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, section 58 of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 provides for the suspension of dismissal of concerned officials for the enforcement of a disapproved annual public investment program, hence the need to approve and adopt such before its enforcement,
WHEREAS, as forwarded and presented by the Barangay Development Council through a Resolution , the supplemental annual public investment program embodies the needs of the barangay as a result of consultative meetings with local stakeholders through the BDC itself;
NOW THEREFORE, the Sangguniang Barangay, in a meeting assembled, on motion of Kagawad
GERALDINE MALUPENG unanimously seconded, RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED to adopt the Supplemental Annual Investment Program of Barangay Pug-os (DLY) Sinait, Ilocos Sur embodying the programs/project/activities as identified by local stakeholders through the BDC;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang Bayan for their review.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the same shall be forwarded to all other offices concerned for their information and guidance.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY by all the members present this 19th day of DECEMBER 2023.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, section 58 of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 provides for the formulation of annual public investment program as one of the functions of the Local Development Council.
WHEREAS, in consideration of the needs of the barangay as a result of consultation with local stakeholders and various sectors existent within its jurisdiction, the supplemental annual public investment program is hereby formulated;
NOW THEREFORE, the Barangay Development Council, in a meeting assembled, on motion of Hon. GERALDINE MALUPENG, unanimously seconded, RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the Supplemental Annual Investment Program of Barangay Pug-os (DLY) Sinait, Ilocos Sur embodying the programs/project/activities;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Bayan for their adoption and review respectively.
