A) The pure sample of coconut water contains respective ions:


1 Chloride
2 Nitrate
3 Phosphate
4 Dichromate
5 Zinc
6 Magnesium
7 Potassium
8 Calcium
9 Sodium

B) The pure sample of coconut water is acidic in nature.

C) The pure sample of coconut water contains starch, oils and


fats.
PRECAUTIONS
1)The concentrated solutions should be handled with immense
care.
2)Your hands should be washed thoroughly after performing
each experiment.
3)If chemicals encounter your skin or eye. Wash immediately
with copious amount of water.
4)Never leave the burner unattended. Turn them off whenever
you leave your workstation.
5) Never point a test tube or any vessel that you are heating at
yourself of your Neighbour's place.
DISCUSSION
1. Comparison: Some people drink coconut water for its
electrolytes. Those are charged minerals that help you stay
hydrated. The body loses water and electrolytes from
sweating during exercise or hard work and from illnesses
such as diarrhea. Electrolytes in coconut water include
potassium, sodium and manganese. The amounts vary this
proves that coconut water is better than sports drinks when
compared for nutritional value and overall health benefits
2. Health Benefits: Coconut water contains many
natural electrolytes, such as sodium, magnesium, calcium,
and potassium. Electrolytes are minerals essential for
balancing the amount of water in your body, moving waste
into and out of cells, supporting muscle and nerve function,
and stabilizing blood pressure also it does not contain any fat
and cholesterol making it more healthier than sodas.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the analysis of coconut water has revealed its
remarkable nutritional and medicinal properties. It serves as a
natural electrolyte, providing essential minerals and hydration
to the body, making it an excellent choice for rehydration after
physical activity. Its high potassium and low sodium content can
help regulate blood pressure, while the presence of
antioxidants may contribute to overall health and well-being.

maximum benefit. As students, it's crucial to stay informed
