He specializes in Bridges, Flyovers, Underground & elevated Metro Structures, Tall Chimneys, etc. Active member of various Code Commit- tees of BIS and IRC. Er. Vinay Gupta is all India President of IIBE & Past President of ICI. He is also Vice-President of ACF (Asian Concrete Federation) and IAStructE (Indian Association of Structural Engineers).
Er. Anjaneyulu Chunchu Graduated in Civil
Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and did post graduation in Structural Engineering from IIT, Bombay. He joined STUP Consultants and continued till 1985. During this time, he was mainly dealing in the Design of Bridges, Flyovers and Irrigation Structures. After leaving STUP Consultants, he established Pragati Consultants in Hyderabad. He has been dealing in the design of RCC/PSC/Structural Steel Bridges, Flyovers, Industrial Structures both in RCC and Structural Steel, high rise apartments, commercial buildings etc. He is a member of Institution of Engineers, IRS, IIBE, etc.
Dr. Yogendra Singh is currently Railway Bridge Chair
Professor, and former Head,Department of Earthquake Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He obtained his Ph.D. in Structural Engg. from IIT Delhi in 1994. His research interests include Performance Based Design of Buildings and Bridges; Seismic Vulnerability and Risk Evaluation; Non-Linear Modelling and Analysis; Seismic Evaluation and Retrofitting of Strutures; and Earthquake Engineering in Hilly Regions. He has more than 28 years of research and teaching experience, guided 17 Ph.Ds., published more than 85 research articles in referred journals and presented more than 100 papers in National and International Conferences. He has been member of the BIS Expert Group on “Performance Based Seismic Design of Structures”. Er. Partha Gangopadhyay holds master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Jadavpur University. After a short stint in “Simplex Concrete Piles”, he joined PWD in Govt. of West Bengal. After serving for 22 years, he retired from service as Superintending Engineer. He then joined Mackintosh Burn Ltd., as a Consultant for Planning, Design and Quality Assurance and is continuing in the same capacity. His areas of specialisation are Planning and Design of Bridges - RCC, PSC & Steel Composities, Design of Highrise Buildings, Repair, Rehabilitation & Retrofitting Design of Bridges, Buildings and other Structures. He is also a Visiting Professor at Jadavpur Univerisity. He is the President of ICI.
Prof. Suriyaprakash is from IIT Hyderabad and his
areas of specialization are Bahaviour of Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete, Seismic Retrofitting and Rehabilitation of Structures using FRP Composites, Earthquake Engineering and Precast and Prefabricated Construction. He has won several awards that include Teaching Excellence Award from IIT Hyderabad, Best Research Paper Award and many more. He is the Associate Editor for Journal of Bridge Engineers, ASCE. He is the recipient of DAAD Scholarship for research work sponsored by Government of Germany.

He is having 19 years of rich experience in the field of civil and structural engineering and has worked on design of various River Bridges, Flyovers, Underpasses and Metro Viaduct, etc. Mr. Singh was a member of ‘Loads and Stresses” Committee (B-2) of IRC. He has published about 9 National and International technical papers and is the recipient of the 1st “Dr. C.V.Kand – Young Bridge Engineer Award-2020”. He is presently working as Chief Project Manager with B&S Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Noida.
Er. Mohammed Adil Shaikh graduated in Civil
Engineering from University of Mumbai, 2008 and completed his Masters in Structural Engineering from IIT Roorkee in the year 2013. He is associated with Spectrum Techno Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai since 2008. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Structural Engineering, specialising in infrastructure projects.
