    Comment on the Can Test Results

    Figures from the Moisture Reports of the loaded cargo for the 24 hours indicated an Average Moisture of
    8.44 %; which is below the declared TML of 12.82 %. Hence, the results generated from the can tests
    conducted on the barges of cargo for the 24 hours period were good as well. However, the surveyor continues
    to remain vigilant as constant monitoring of the cargo is ongoing.

    Weather Condition

    The day was hot and sunny; whiles the twenty four hours period was windy accompanied by swells of
    about 2.0 m.
