    With reference to IRCTC’s revised request cited and operational feasibility by


    the Divisions, SR will run a Charter Special train on FTR plus detention charges as
    under:

    Train No 06901/06902 Charter on FTR

    Composition: GSCN-18, SLRD-2 = 20 ICF/CBC Coaches.


    Dates of operation: Ex MSB on 20/01/2024, ex ATU on 21/01/2024.

    After detraining, rake will be moved conveniently to MAS/MSB.
    Divisions may arrange to provide suitable Power, Crew & Guard and ensure that the
    operation of the Chartered train does not affect the punctuality of regular trains
    including TODs.

    Further, it may be ensured that all commercial formalities are strictly adhered to
    and no inflammable materials like Gas, Kerosene, Stove etc., are carried in the coach.
    Sr.DSC/MAS & SA should arrange CPVP for mandatory check for inflammables at the
    originating station.

    A copy of the Notification should be made available to the Guard of the train at
    Crew/Guard changing point.

    On arrival at halting stations, after all passengers get down, a cursory check to be
    done by the Mechanical supervisor and the empty rake to be kept in locked condition.
