These trains are to be shown in ICMS and NTES for the assistance of passengers.

All Station Managers should display on the notice boards of their stations the timings of the special
train. Regular announcements should also be made regarding running of special train.

Suitable power may kindly be provided to run the above special train. Suitable Crew/Guard be
arrangedaccordingly.
The punctuality performance of this special train should be watched specially by the Division and
repeated toEmergency Control along with other Special Mail/Express trains.

CCM (PM)/W.Rly may kindly arrange to feed trains as given in the notification and arrange for
reservationsaccordingly.

CPRO/Sr DCMs to please give wide publicity through station notice Board, print, electronic and social
mediaand public address system for the information of Public/Passengers.

All concerned to note and act accordingly. Ensure Compliance.

arrangedac cordingly.
The punctualityperformance of this special tran should be watched specially by the Division and repeated
1oEmergency Control along with other Special Mail/Express trains.

cCM (PM)/W.Rly may kindly arrange to feed trains as gven in the notification and arrange for
reservationsaccordingly.

CPRO/Sr DCMs to please give wide publicity through station rotice Board, pt. electronic and social
