• Preparation of 90 days, monthly & weekly look ahead plans.
• Updating the schedule and submitting to client every week. Resource loading
and prepare S curves.
• Identify & plan work specifying priorities. Forecast lags and track activities
with regards to actual and planned & amend planning schedule.
• Prepare catch up plans for delayed critical activities.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling all site activities including manpower
planning, equipment planning & material planning in consultation with project
manager and discipline head.
• Analyzing the major scope of work at site and discussing with various
disciplines for criticalities, interfaces involved and strategies for timely
completion of site work.
• Coordinate for resolving all construction & engineering related issues,
including logistics, equipment utilization, field engineering, complete execution
planning for construction.
• Coordination with procurement department for expediting the materials to site
and shortages if any.
• Maintain records on sub contract activities. Maintain log of extra /additional
works at site.
• Client billing / Invoicing, Cost monitoring and preparation of cash-flow
statements.
• Facilitate meeting between client and management for any technical dispute
& organizing weekly progress review meetings with client.

• Preparation of progress reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for submission to
Company.
• Control of construction drawings & maintain all documents related to
planning.
• Plan material availability in co-ordination with material controller.
• Maintain records on sub contract activities.
• Maintain log of extra /additional works at Site.
• Facilitate meeting between client and management for any technical dispute
& organizing weekly progress review meeting with client.
• Conducting internal progress review meetings & attending site coordination
