II.Project Project MART is an initiative that offers mentorship and guidance to the
Summary Camansa Elementary School teachers, aiming to empower them to engage in
research and innovate their teaching practices. This program will also enable
teachers to craft impactful innovation and intervention proposals, prototyped
lesson plans, action and project plans, LAC, activity designs and resource
packages that will lead to an enriched educational experience for the benefit of
the school learners to cope with their least learned competencies. Of course, this
will also a medium to ensure a high rating on IPCRF and OPCRF, and teachers’
promotion as well.

III. Rationale In adherence to Republic Act No. 4670 otherwise known as “The Magna
and Description Carta for Public School Teachers” specifically in Article IV: A Teacher and the
Profession which states that “Every teacher shall uphold the highest possible
standards of quality education, shall make the best preparations for the career of
teaching, and shall be at his best at all times and in the practice of his
profession”, the Project MART which stands for Mentorship and Assistance for
Resilient Teachers will be implemented by the Camansa Elementary School.
The innovation proposal is introduced by Mr. Ruzzel Mart F. Manliguis, Master
Teacher I.

This Project MART is designed to address the least learned competencies of

learners and at the same time to comply the feedbacks and assessments of
school heads to each teacher from previous monitoring and evaluations, and
MBWA. Through trainings, teachers can acquire more knowledge on crafting
of innovation and intervention proposals, prototyped lesson plans, action and
project plans, LAC, activity designs and resource packages and other related
paper works.

The Camansa Elementary School believes that effective teaching is a

cornerstone of student success and recognizes that teachers can play a
significant role in enhancing educational practices. By providing mentorship
and support, educators will be better equipped in promoting student learning
and enrich the teaching experience.

The activity shall ensure the implementation of necessarily health and

safety protocols as topmost priority which include the required health standards,
precautionary measures and practicing proper hygiene and other relevant
protocols.

The Equal Opportunities Principle (EOP) shall be observed in the process

at all times where all individuals are fully recognized regardless of gender,
position, religion, disability, ethnicity, and political affiliations.

IV.Project Terminal Objectives
Objectives
 To implement the Project MART.

Enabling Objectives:

 Provide mentorship and assistance for teachers in related curriculum

works.
 Foster timely and problem-based innovations and interventions to
improve teaching practices.
 Promote a culture of research and evidence-based teaching.
 Design interventions, innovation, action plan, activity designs, and
resource packages that will lead to better student outcomes.

V.Project 1. Conduct an orientation with the teachers regarding the project proposal
Methodology 2. Request permit for its approval and implementation in the school
principal.
3. Prepare the needed data and details for the project.
4. Post schedule and activities/ trainings.
5. Secure attendance log, pictures, outputs and etc. as MOVs.
6. Documentation and submission to the school principal.
7. After the implementation and monitoring, submit terminal report in the
division office.
