perfectly caters to my preferences. Lakmé's collection includes lightweight foundations, sheer lipsticks,
and subtle blushes, all designed to enhance our natural beauty without overwhelming it. I have
developed a strong bond with Lakmé products over time, as they understand my skin and preferences

"Local Business Campaign Competition": Launch a competition among students to create marketing

PRAXIS

Praxis, the Economics and Public Policy club, offers an exciting opportunity for me to delve deeper into
economics and its practical applications. Through engaging in case competitions, attending guest
lectures, and participating in workshops, I can expand my knowledge and gain a comprehensive
understanding of economic concepts. Moreover, Praxis provides a platform to explore the intersection of
economics and public policy, examining how economic theories shape policy decisions and their impact
on society. Being a part of Praxis will also connect me with like-minded individuals who share a passion
for economics, fostering enriching discussions and collaborations. By joining Praxis, I am eager to actively
contribute to the club's vibrant community, exchanging ideas and knowledge, and collectively working
towards a deeper understanding of economics and public policy. This engagement will not only broaden

Establish a research committee to conduct in-depth analyses of important policy topics, produce
recommendations, and publish research papers.

Organise interactive workshops where students actively contribute to crafting policy solutions,

Community outreach: Work with nearby NGOs to plan campaigns on social concerns like financial
literacy and sustainable development.

As part of a group of 10 individuals, I organized a donation drive to distribute essential items and food to
underprivileged communities. Additionally, we conducted educational sessions for women on personal
hygiene and created awareness among students about the various career paths available to them.
Through this activity, I gained valuable experience in organizing, coordinating, cooperating, and
managing time effectively. This initiative not only allowed me to contribute positively to society but also
helped me develop essential skills in teamwork, leadership, and project management.

KOSHISH
With a deep-rooted culture of social service in my community, I am driven to carry forward the legacy of
my mentors and elders. Having actively participated in donation drives, supported foundations, and
engaged with various clubs, I have witnessed the profound impact they have on the underprivileged. The
inner happiness derived from these experiences and the smiles on people's faces motivates me to apply
for The Social Awareness Club - Koshish. I aspire to contribute my skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to
continue making a positive difference in society and advocate for social causes.

As a member of Koshish, I am excited to bring forth the following three new initiatives this year:
Empowering seminars: To provide poor people with useful skills including communication, computer
literacy, and vocational training, we will hold skill-development seminars. We want to improve their
employability and promote self-sufficiency by giving them these resources.

Knowledge Campaigns: To raise public knowledge of important social issues including mental health,
gender equality, and environmental preservation, our team will start compelling awareness campaigns.
We want to enlighten and inspire the community to take constructive action through interesting
platforms like social media, posters, and interactive events.

Community Partnerships: In order to have the greatest impact possible, we will establish alliances with
regional businesses, NGOs, and organizations.

During my internship with Youth India Foundation, I successfully raised funds by promoting and selling
online courses to potential leads. As a result of my outstanding performance, I was awarded a Letter of
Recommendation. Additionally, I actively participated in the newly established Rotaract club in our town,
organizing donation drives and fundraising events to support various causes. In my personal capacity, I
collaborated with my friends to conduct donation drives and education initiatives benefiting
underprivileged children and women. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong track record

My aspiration to be a JCC at the Capital Club is driven by my deep passion for finance and the desire to
make a positive impact on the finance community within our college. This position offers an ideal
platform for me to share my enthusiasm for finance and develop essential leadership skills. As a JCC, I
will fully immerse myself in the world of finance, exploring intricate concepts and expanding my
knowledge through workshops, seminars, and discussions. Being part of the Capital Club will also enable
me to build meaningful connections with like-minded individuals, intellectuals, and fellow finance
enthusiasts. Creating a strong finance community by organizing networking events, and mentorship
programs, and facilitating professional connections within the club is one of my primary objectives. With
this is in mind I aspire to become a JCC at Capital.
With my prior domain knowledge of finance, I can grasp complex finance jargon swiftly, enabling me to
be a valuable asset to the club. I am eager to contribute in various ways, including creating engaging
social media posts and compelling content for LinkedIn. Additionally, I envision introducing novel
initiatives such as a daily finance news tracker for students and the college, conducting finance-themed
games to make learning enjoyable, and launching a monthly finance gazette as a reference for both
students and professors.

As the Vice Head Girl of my school, I successfully managed official relations with both current and retired
teachers, connected with alumni, guest speakers, and donors. My internships at various companies
provided insight into corporate workings and effective communication. My passion for digital art and
painting demonstrates my creativity. Now, aspiring to join the ARC as a JCC, I am committed to utilizing
my diverse skills and work diligently to contribute to the committee's success.

I propose two engaging initiatives aimed at bolstering the Alumni Network's involvement at IIFT. Firstly,
the "Alumni Spotlight Series" will encompass captivating podcast episodes, video interviews, and talent
showcase videos, all shared on social media platforms. This endeavor will not only enhance connections
among alumni but also attract current students to witness the achievements and talents of their
predecessors, fostering inspiration and pride within the community. Secondly, dynamic social media
campaigns, including engaging "throwback series," intriguing "alumni challenges," and other contests,
will be conducted to ignite active participation from alumni. These interactive activities will create a
lively online ambiance, fortifying the sense of belonging and encouraging increased collaboration and
interaction between the Alumni Network and the institution.

MELANGE

My strong inclination to join Melange, the cultural committee, is driven by the diverse array of
opportunities it presents. From organizing exciting events and competitions to being part of the
prestigious IIFT flagship event, Quo vadis, Melange offers a platform to learn new skills like video editing,
singing, and dance forms. Additionally, being part of this committee can greatly contribute to improving
my communication skills. Due to these compelling reasons, Melange is my top preference, as it aligns
perfectly with my passion for cultural activities and personal growth.

Joining the Opsigma club is driven by multiple reasons. Firstly, I was captivated by the SCC's insight on
how operations play a crucial role in the functioning of every club and committee. This piqued my
interest in exploring operations as a domain, and Opsigma seemed like the ideal platform to delve into it.
Secondly, my initial lack of knowledge in operations was alleviated by the SCC's assurance of
comprehensive guidance and support, which motivated me to apply. Lastly, my passion for event
management and networking with industry leaders pushed me to join the club, also I believe the club
will enhance my articulation, analytical abilities, and practical knowledge.

1) Opsigma can gamify concepts and industry examples, engaging the audience on their Instagram
handle. This fosters an operations culture while expanding the club's reach.

2) Offering industry visits and live projects to students will promote an operations culture at IIFT and
enhance the club's branding.

I would opt for Brand Manager as 1) I have worked with an NGO Rotaract Club of Mhow where for one of
our flagship fundraiser events I was responsible for looking after social media handles, bringing in more
participation for the competition through that and also the finance part. 2) I have also worked as a Social
Media Marketing Intern with a startup called Littbox, where I was responsible to create content as well
as increase the reach of the firm. 3) I have also worked as a Business Development intern at Kylo Apps
handling their LinkedIn and Quora to search for prospective customers and maintain and improve their
presence on the same.

fellowship, students from the partnering NGOs will have the opportunity to participate in tests and

) Charanjit Attra – State Bank of India, Attra can boast more than 20 years’ experience in areas including
investment banking, debt and equity financing, and commercial and retail banking. Prior to joining SBI,
he was a Partner at Big Four accounting firm EY and also served as CFO at ICICI, another of India’s largest

2) Pomila Jaspal – Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Jaspal possesses four decades of experience across
various segments of the oil and gas industry. With the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), she
began as a Finance and Accounts Officer back in 1985, before swiftly progressing through the ranks.
During my undergrad, I effectively managed multiple commitments simultaneously. I
participated in various societies, pursued internships, handled college assignments, and
prepared for aptitude tests. My approach involved prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and
significance. When possible, I delegated tasks that could be explained and done by someone
else. This strategy enabled me to meet all my engagements punctually, ensuring efficient time
management and successful completion of various responsibilities.
