    ● Establish goals to engage in acts of kindness, promoting compassion in their daily

    ● Compassion is a fundamental human emotion and virtue that involves a deep

    awareness of and sympathy for the suffering of others, coupled with a desire to
    alleviate that suffering. It goes beyond mere empathy, which includes a strong
    motivation to act and help those in need.
